Evidently I'm officially too old to be able to eat at McDonald's. I couldn't figure the app out, and there is absolutely ZERO customer service at this location. After waiting for help, I eventually was forced to give up and leave hungry. It's ok, I only weigh 100 pounds I can absolutely miss meals. Not! I won't be back to this location. There is no excuse to ignore customers who obviously are waiting at the counter and keep asking for help, increasing the volume in case they couldnt hear, nope, they just ignore people. I rate -10 on the customer service front. Unacceptable by corporate standards, even for McDonald's. Rated the food one star too since I never even got to order!

Open 24hrs is a big plus for around here. In general a very good McDonald's in terms of getting my (sometimes pretty complicated) orders correct but at 3am they switch to only breakfast (so no nuggets, burgers, etc.) until 10:30am which can be a late night bummer if you aren't savvy. Enjoy!

I ordered ice coffee but I customized it instead of adding 5 creamers I requested 3 and no sugar . But instead they added additional 3 more . It was soo sweet I ended up not drinking my coffee.

Manager on October 18 absolutely sucked. Made my food wrong because of my allergies and threw it away. Talk about a waste of food. The employees were great but this manager knows nothing about customer service, why is he working here?
