I was a bit apprehensive to eat at the golf course, but wow! Best meal we have had in Avila Beach! The Cowboy Burger, the Fish Tacos! The live music on a Thursday, the best ending to a perfect vacation, the fries are batter dipped perfection too.
Had to wait quite a bit for a tuna melt & onion rings, but I think they were slammed. We went on a Free Concert day, on the weekend, so it WAS hopping! LOVE the outdoor seating; the easy-to-read menu(!), the fair prices and gratuitous ice water!

The reason is simple. The food is immaculate and is at a reasonable price. There is beautiful scenery and it is quiet. It is very relaxing.
The burger is classic and delicious. The wings are great too and good for sharing. I liked the tacos the best. Especially the Tri-tip tacos.
