I used to love this place. Tonight I got the family meal to go. I arrived home, unpacked everything and began serving it up to my family. The Mac and cheese was EXTREMELY watery and had no flavor. The meat was dry and lacked flavor as well. Cole slaw had little to no dressing and was really just plain cabbage (which I ate anyway since I was so hungry). What a disappointment and waste of my hard earned money. We drove back to get our money back on the mac and cheese ($10) and the guy working the front had zero customer service skills. No apology, no empathy, no care towards the situation at all. My wife wanted to explain the situation and the guy couldn't have cared less. He got ten bucks out of the register and sarcastically says."here ya go, will that cover it?" and then walked to the back. Here's the kicker, I actually manage a restaurant and I know mistakes happen. That said, to not have the employee take any ownership of the situation, have any understanding or actual apology is unacceptable. Don't waste your time here, head to Old SLO BBQ or Firestone. Both are in a different class and deliver a consistently better product and experience.

Tyrone... this guy made the experience at ribline what it was. Honestly a cold building somewhat strange inside as far as not welcoming. But what lacked in aesthetic Tyrone made up for in not only personality but customer service! The food was amazing! Had a friend recommend here but everything was amazing the pork ribs were amazing as well as the chili!! Cornbread to die for and the Mac and cheese? the buisness plan here is amazing will definitely be back.

Disappointed. Totally wish I could give a better review. I was SOOOO looking forward to coming here. Everything was cold, except for the cornbread. Also, not worth the value for $50.I went with the 3-item....Baby Back Ribs, Tri Tip & Beef Rib with the Mac & Cheese & Fries.Tri Tip was chewy & cold. Way too much grissle.Baby back ribs had great flavor but we're cold.Beef Rib barely had any meat on it, was dry & you guessed it, cold. BTW, you only get 1.Mac & Cheese was awesome, but was cold.Fries were not fresh & were cold. Not sure if this is what's expected.... Cold BBQ....Again, wish I could post a better review, but cold BBQ is definitely not worth it.

The food is good, but the prices to food you get are just ridiculous. You order a Family pack for over a 125 plus tip and tax and the half BBQ chicken is like a half game hen, super small. It barely even halfway filled the to go container that the half chicken was in. The half rack of beef ribs was practically nothing but bones.I’ve lived really close to RibLine and gone a lot but I don’t think I can recommend them or support them anymore. Sad day

They’re friendly, fast and by far the best barbecue in town. All of their meat is moist and flavorful, and they give you good-size portions. Friendly staff too!

I just have to say this business, their food quality, and the people who serve you are quite exceptional. You come in hungry and leave full with the great portion size. The ribs are yummy, potato salad is yummy, coleslaw is yummy, and baked beans are yummy. If you like the beans to be on the sweater side then these are AMAZING. Thank you for your hospitality and your amazing line up of food! Appreciate you!

I had the rib line stand at the winter wonderland where the bigger guy kept touching his phine withe his gloved hands and then the food. The girl behind the counter took the liberty of giving herself the biggest tip when she wasn't even very friendly. It was not at all worth 20$

DO NOT GO HERE! Good but they won’t get your order right! It happens A LOT! This was over $20 and it’s MISSING the avo, bacon, AND jack cheese. Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER. We got 2 and both were missing. This happens 99% and they don’t care about your orders if it’s to go. Door dash or call in and unfortunately will finally be my last time supporting this place. 80$ down the drain. Bummer. But I cant afford to keep coming here for another attempt to actually get a correct meal. ** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CONSISTENCY AND QUALITY FROM OLD SAN LUIS BBQ OR FIRESTONE instead!!!**

I had the Tri-tip sandwich and it was great. They cut the meat as I ordered and it was very tender with the right amount of seasoning. The baked beans were legit good too! Quick, good, and easy lunch spot.
