CLOSED! Researched to make sure they were open (no reviews said closed) and showed up on Sunday at 1215 and they were closed. Mail all over the floor from the previous day (mailman came by as we waited with new mail). We left after that.

I looked online verified they would be open and drive AN HOUR to get ice cream. And they were closed !!! Sign on the door that has hours says they should have been open. We went to docs and got ice cream there and probably will from now on. I wasted gas driving far and lost out definitely don't wanna support them when they don't care about people

Ice cream is good, the kids enjoyed it. Unfortunately it took so long that I had time to stand there and notice how filthy everything is inside. The walls, shelves, door, floor, bathroom!! Yuck!! Surprising since we're all living in a pandemic where most businesses are doing their best keeping everything clean and sanitized, this place is the complete opposite. Eeek. Was there once before and it was so packed that I must not have noticed. Won't be going back.

I usually love this place, but when I was there the last time I was served by a red head girl who's hair was a mess and about to fall in my ice cream. They also seemed like they hated their jobs and acted like we were ruining their day by ordering... Will not come back if I see them in the window.

This place is great. The price can't be beat either. It's definitely a fun spot to go, my friends and I love coming here when we're in the area. But I gotta say one of my favorite things about this specific place are the employees! My friend and I were helped by my boy Dominic the guy with the curly brown hair who always delivers with a song while he makes your ice cream. You can't beat that kind of service. Also Phoebe is a gem. She makes one mean green tea mustang. 10/10

I don't review often, but when I do it's usually because I've had a horrible experience. I went in with my boyfriend last Sunday and was served by a guy with curly dark brown hair. He was almost yelling the lyrics, "wet a** p***** while making my ice cream which made me feel disgusting. I definitely won't be coming here again and will be telling all of my friends to avoid this place. It's too bad too since I actually enjoyed coming here in the past. You've lost a regular customer, but I doubt you care.
the ice cream is so yummy! I loved that mine was vegan! Definitely a 10/10, and I am not from there.

My masked wife, two children and I (also masked) attempted to get ice cream at this location today. My two children, both under the age of 12, have medical exemptions from wearing masks and we were refused service. Not only is this illegal under ADA guidelines, but my children are also exempt under the California mandate. We will be filing a complaint with the ADA and will not be returning to this establishment.
