The workers here are always so friendly and the food is amazing. The ingredients are also extremely fresh. I highly recommend toast #4 and flatbread #2.

Seeds is solid for a chain business, but it’s really disappointing that they don’t offer decaf coffee beans. For a coffee focused eatery, there’s really no excuse not to have a decaf option.

The review would move to 4 or 5 stars if this was an options.

I still recommend trying it for yourself as the food is delicious but slightly pricey.

Great place for some flatbread or avocado toast on a sunny patio.

Ordered Toast 4 and a chai latte. When I asked to not include the burrata (to make it vegan), the order taker offered to add extra avocado as a substitute. Very thoughtful and much appreciated! The garden herb bread was thick, fresh, and delicious. All the toppings were equally fresh and delicious. My oat chai latte was perfect, with just the right amount of sweetness. The vibe in the cafe is fun and light, and the courtyard location is perfect, providing patio seating. Service was quick and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back again!

Great friendly stuff at a relaxing location with a healthy food, they accomodated me 100% for a minor accointing system mistake and won a repeated customer, greatly recommended

Food is delicious and fresh but extremely expensive. $50 for a panini and flatbread. But the problem is how disgusting and dirty the bathroom is. For a $50 lunch there needs to be a clean bathroom.

I ordered the Panini #4 and it was absolutely perfect — hearty, fresh, and packed with flavor. The bread had just the right crispness, and every bite felt balanced and satisfying without being too heavy.

To pair it, I tried the Agave Lavender Matcha and wow — such a calming, smooth drink with a subtle floral note from the lavender that blended beautifully with the matcha. The touch of agave added the perfect natural sweetness. It felt like a little wellness ritual in a cup.

Overall, Seeds never disappoints — fresh ingredients, creative flavors, and a vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer in SLO.

The guy in shorts working right now is rude. I understand you're busy but if you can't handle the rush you shouldn't be working food service.

Took 35 minutes to get my matcha. I just ordered one matcha latte. If it takes this long I would like to be informed in advance.

Stopped in for lunch while visiting SLO and I’m glad I did!

This is a great little spot with a clean, healthy menu. They offer Toasts, Paninis, Health Bowls, and a few other options.

I ordered Toast 1 with a side salad. It was a light, healthy choice with great flavor — I’d definitely get it again.

Overall: friendly service, relaxed vibe, and very clean.

If you’re in SLO and looking for a healthy meal, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Healthy food. Nice service, indoor and outdoor seating. Piped in music is a bit loud.
