I went to this place for the first time today hoping for a good experience. I was very disappointed in the service. I had ordered a $13 smoothie. it sat on the counter for five minutes before our other food came out, and they did not tell us that our food was ready. Minutes later, I saw them walk out food to another person. Since our food was stacked poorly, we ended up dropping and spilling the smoothie all over. I went up and asked for napkins. They gave me a small stack to clean up a whole smoothie. Me and my boyfriend were on the ground trying to clean it up for 15 minutes and they offered no help. One of the workers even wiped down the table next to us that was completely clean with the wet rag and walked right past us offering no help. The only thing they did was restock the napkins station multiple times after we had to clean up our smoothie. they continue to stare at us from behind the counter and ignore us and do nothing about it, even though they clearly saw us. we will never be coming back. Worst customer service ever. Also, they never apologized or offered us another smoothie after we cleaned up the entire mess for them.

Paid 13 dollars for a strawberry matcha. The girl making it was taking her sweet time making it, talking to those around her and I saw her grab the whisk with her hand before putting it in my drink, hopefully her hands were clean. I was utterly disappointed after taking the first sip, I had high hopes for a 13 dollar drink.

Good salad and nice outdoor seating, but the system that you use to order food is awful. I'm a veteran software and user interface designer and my wife and I got frustrated fumbling with the order system. The worst part was choosing options for the chosen dish. There is insufficient feedback when you tap a choice. You don't know if your choice was accepted or not unless you manage to find some small print that appears. A button on a screen should invert colors or give some other obvious feedback when you touch it. This system doesn't do that and so you fumble and fumble. We finally got our order submitted and then the staff brought us our food. Dump the ordering system and take orders at the counter with a person please.

I got an açaí bowl for the first time here and the base of it tasted weird. It was similar to the taste of fridge water, I didn’t taste any of the açaí flavor. I ate only the fruit on top which where good, I just couldn’t eat the smoothie base. I’ve only gotten their smoothie #6 which is really good, but their bowls didn’t meet the same expectations
Best coffee in slo. The panini 4 changed my life, I wish I was kidding lol.

This is place is one of a kind. Everything is so incredible. I usually get the greens, they are so fresh, filling and delicious. Today I got a flat bread 5 and wow! Yes, not cheap but you get what you pay for. You feel great after eating it and honestly I couldn’t tell you a better place for lunch in SLO. They are quick and helpful. Thank you for fresh ingredients and a great meal.

Wasn’t greeted when we walked in but the people who walked in after us were greeted. Overpriced for what you get honestly much better things in the area to try! Our food was ready and they were just standing around doing a whole lot of nothing. Not a welcoming atmosphere.
