Edit: Sequel has done an excellent job addressing my concerns. Both the manager and owner went out of their way to talk to me and my coworkers who experienced similar issues. They went over their cleaning procedures and we haven't noticed issues since.Twice now my drink has tasted like soap.

Got the mango coconut crema. So yummy. Everything is reasonably priced and tastes super fresh. It’s not overly sweet like a traditional boba place.

Very disappointed is an understatement. We arrived an hour and a half before close and ordered three drinks. We requested all of them to be with boba, they told us they only had two scoops left. We said that is fine the third drink you can use the mango boba. We payed and went to the side. We saw the worker beginning to make our drinks and put boba in them but about a minute later they told us “we are all out of boba, would you all like mango”. Since I had gotten taro I said no and requested a refund. I was left upset because they got an order that they right in front of my eyes put above ours. Will not be coming back here, extremely disappointed.

One of the best cold brew tea drink places across the US. Quality tasting tea and perfectly made boba. We got the white peach with cane sugar boba less sweet and a jasmine guava with mango jelly less sweet. I would definitely make a stop back here if I’m in the area again!?

This place was awesome. I got the Korean banana milk with boba reduced to 25% sweetened and it was absolutely amazing. Their customer service was great as well and they were so helpful to answer any questions I had.

I was so impressed with this business today at the public marketplace!! Even though I can only give it 5 stars, it's a 10 star when it comes to milk tea and Bobba. Seriously, love the name.... sequel.....what's coming next?!! Customer service was great, and when I said I was a first-time customer....please help me.... she was so kind and helpful...... There are so many wonderful options! I love the cup which is really sturdy, and the little stopper is so cute in the lid! I chose an Earl Gray tea with half and half and mango jelly. It was perfect, not too sweet. What a nice surprise to be able to eat the mango jelly pieces in the bottom of the cup.I look forward to heading over there again soon. Good job, Sequel!

Thai tea to go with boba! All my favorites in one place! Lots of new tastes and flavors here in this food stall across from Mama Ganache in the SLO Public Market!I got the Pumpkin Spice Thai Tea with cane sugar bobas. It was a bit pricey at $6, but I wound up sipping it and enjoying the chewy sweet little bobas all day long! The pumpkin really complemented the tea, like pumpkin pie in a cup!

Sequel is a one of the best boba options in SLO! I had it several times when I was in school and each time it was great! The owners are really nice and care a lot about their products. Everyone is so nice and each time I went, the lines were so long (for a good reason)! The boba was cooked well. It was not too soft and has a strong brown sugar taste!Drinks I have had:Creme Brûlée Milk w boba - 9/10, sometimes a little too sweet, but you can always adjust the sweetnessKorean Banana Milk w boba - 8/10, taste just like banana milkStrawberry Matcha - 9/10, strong matcha taste and not powdery!Keep in mind, they are a small group, so be prepared to wait and check them out on Instagram for updates on their location and times.
