The sandwich was definitely a high 8. The salad was not flavorful & disappointing. The kettle chips - a win of course- and omg the pumpkin snickerdoodle!!!! The winner in the meal lol. The service was polite and helpful. Ate outside and it was clean and enjoyable. Thank you for a nice lunch!

In a relationship with a boy who loooooves his sandwiches + Sequoia's chocolate chip cookies. I am a girl who stays loyal and constant and will always order their Grilled Cajun Turkey sandwich! It never misses and always fills me up.

Sandwich was definitely NOT a panini. Tasted like it was warmed in a microwave (soft and mushy, not crispy), and there was maybe 1 tiny piece of basil and not much mozzarella either. The manager at the front was nice enough, welcoming, but the panini was very disappointing.

I have been to Sequoia Sandwich Company before. The Rosedale location in Bakersfield used to be one of my go to places for a delicious sandwich. I decided to try this location as having previous great experiences with the Rosedale location. I was not disappointed. It is definitely located in a much smaller location than it's other locations. But the menu is still the same. The only differences I could see were in the beverages and the amount of deserts that were available. They seemed a little short staffed and the guy working behind the counter told me that the order would be a little longer to come out than usual. No biggie! I appreciated that I was informed of that. The food was great. My sandwich was made perfectly and my wife loved her sandwich on the gluten free bread and her side salad. It was a very positive experience. I definitely will be eating here again.

This was my first time here and after looking over the menu online I decided on the Turkey Pesto melt. When I think of pesto I think of bright green basil pesto, the pesto that was on my sandwich was a very creamy (whole grain mustard color) and it was not good. It was all over my sandwich to the point that I went back and let the employee know. The employee was so nice to me and apologized and let me know I could pick something else off the menu. I went with the BBQ tri-tip sandwich thinking it was a safe choice. It came out and it was hot and it was just okay. The BBQ sauce on it was very tangy and gave off a very weird flavor. Overall, the employees made this a 3 star review other than that I'm not sure I would go back.

IT WAS A MAYO CLINICHad a boxed lunch delivered consisting of a "Sicilian" sandwich on white bread, a chopped broccoli salad, a raisin oatmeal cookie, and a bag of potato chips. The sandwich "looked" good but when I bit into it there was "so much" mayonnaise it was oozing all over the place. Now, I've had Italian cold cut sandwiches and if there is mayo (usually not... just olive oil and vinegar) it is just light in one side, I have never seen such a mayo fest. The cookie was great (the best thing). The bric salad was just okay (bland), and the bag of chips was, well, A Bag of Chips.

Everything here is hand made. All the soups, and baked good or made fresh daily. Their stuff isn't gross preseasoned recipes either they grill it all up in house. I.e. homemade meatballs, gravy, etc. Also litterally best service I've found In town. Very fast ?

My sandwich was gross. I got a New York style Pastrami... it was sweet!! Why was it sweet? The meat tasted old. There was very little meat (Maybe that was for the best.) The potato salad was tasteless.

Sluggish sandwich makers. But really good.Pro tip: if your sandwich is on cibatta bread, do foccia instead, you get a sandwich the size of 2 cibatta rolls. ?

The guys working here were super friendly and accommodating. Although the sandwiches are very overpriced for what they are, it was a decent sandwich and exactly what we were looking for!

Disappointed. Ordered a tuna melt. It was cold and obvious that they melted a small amount of cheese on sourdough then put cold tuna in between. The harder pill to swallow is paying over $17 for a bad sandwich, chips and a fountain soada.
