Creative in their variety. Usually even the vegan ones are delicious. GF not so much. Service team are always great!
But when you make a really good thing - like last year's vegan pumpkin donuts (none of us are vegan but we all loved them), why change to a nasty GF one this year? So disappointing to wait a year for their return and then get this instead. Hoping for return of better donuts for the fall season.

A friend gave me an assortment of these donuts and I was very pleasantly surprised! I'm not from SLO or even California, but had seen the signs on occasion. I expected your average donut shop taste (which by all means is very good) but the ones I tried were superb.

Vegetarian options: Unfortunately, I just learned that the non-Vegan donuts are fried in oil that contains beef tallow. I'd be fine with this if it was clearly stated in the donut shop. There are vegan donuts but there should be a sign that states that the donuts that are not vegan are also not vegetarian.

SloDoCo Donuts have raised the donut shop bar. Late night hours and creative donut concoctions. Looks like a popular place for college kids to study. Gluten free options available. I had a great Chai Latte, maple leaf donut. crumble glazed and gluten free chocolate fruity pebbles donuts. Good stuff, Maynard.
