Starbucks Campus Market

The quality of both the products and customer service at this location is disappointing. Employees often appear more engaged in personal conversations than assisting customers, and their demeanor can come across as unwelcoming. Additionally, this store frequently runs out of key items, even early in the day, and service times for drinks are notably slow. Overall, this has been one of the least efficient and customer-friendly Starbucks locations I have encountered.

I ordered first and waited half an hour while EVERYBODY BEHIND ME got their drink before me, I also watched the guy pour out my drink and realize he had to remake it. I stared the girl in the eyes while she did nothing to help while I was standing there for thirty minutes. They kept watching my drink ON THE COUNTER, this was not a pleasant experience worst Starbucks experience of my life, even la is better. I would give you a zero but that is not possible- so I give you a one.

They take forever even when there's no rush. You can see the workers just talking and milling around. Then when people ask for their orders they say they're "shortstaffed"

I went to Starbucks UU today and Rachel Roberts took my order and she was the friendliest and most welcoming employee I’ve ever met. So beautiful and kind. Thank you UU Starbucks for making my day!

Came in for a couple of coffees while traveling, and was surprised when I was handed a cup that was "mauled",,, no way that would have given a reasonable seal for the lid, and they didn't even apologize for it. Trainee at the register was obviously not trained very well and had a really difficult time. Overall it was a pretty sad Starbucks.

Overall very good, but has messed up my order a couple of times by giving me the wrong food or wrong size drink, but overall good

This one is a tad, crowded.

This Starbucks gave us the same great products and service we have come to expect from the chain. The baristas were friendly, the store was clean, and we would definitely return.

Puppachino’s are always a big hit

I went here today on a field trip and spent 4 almost $5 dollars, since we were in such a rush I didn't have time to break my $20 so I used that, and being in the rush that I was in I didn't have time to make sure the change I got was correct. The cashier only gave me back $10 out of my 20.

Nice place and great service.
