Came in while on vacation. 7/2 and 7/3. Both days my drinks were made wrong. 7/2 was just a miscommunication, I wanted sweet cream in my husbands iced coffee and they hit the foam button. Remade the drink no problem. Baristas friendly and quick. 7/3 my drink tasted like it had regular espresso and not the blonde ristretto I had ordered. I went back in and kindly mentioned it didn’t taste right and was hit with “Well, that’s because it’s a quad!” They remade my drink and it was much better than the first.
Not posting this to get anyone in trouble. But part of being a partner is to assume best intent. Not everyone is out to get you. 11 year partner. I get it.
Thank you to both crews for remaking my drinks. Thank you to the barista that chatted with me and explained about the drive thru situations in the county.

I’m boring. I get the same drink every time I go to Starbucks. Cinnamon Dolce Latte. I ordered three Venti CDLs from this location this morning and they were truly awful. Both my daughter and wife confirmed that something was very off (bad milk, flavoring, coffee?). I couldn’t even finish it. I think I will never be able to order one again. We were traveling, so I couldn’t go back and return them. Twenty bucks wasted and my favorite Latte forever ruined for me. I have nothing against this store or anyone there. It was just a bad luck day for me I guess. I went somewhere else and got a plain black coffee just to wash the taste away. Goodbye Cinnamon Dolce, time to find a new Latte.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. The barista was incredibly kind and understanding when I was a little short on cash. He went the extra mile to make my day brighter by making the drink I originally wanted, even though I had to change my order. honestly little did he know that I had had the shittiest week in a while and so that extra something made the day a little better. so blessed to know that there is excellent customer service left in the world, especially here. Kindness, pass it on!! 🤎

We ordered a Coffee over the app at around 5:00 right when the cafe should be open.. which it wasn’t. At 5:45 we finally received our coffee (40min) later. The stuff told us that they opened the store a little bit too late that day? Pretty frustrating.
This Starbucks makes its customers feel right at home and the winter drinks are amazing!

I used to love this Starbucks at Madonna Plaza, but the last time, the two employees were not happy friendly. It is located nearby my other used to be favorites like Denny's and Best Buy, that are no longer my favorites.
