I stop in here on my way to work lately to pick up mobile orders. They have remodeled and are up and running. My order is always right and ready when I get there, often earlier than anticipated.

Giving this starbucks location a 2 star review.It seems like starbuck policy's for Vons have changed. Apparently your free drink rewards does not include any add ons at this specific location. If you are redeeming rewards points I suggest you go to a corporate starbucks or the starbucks in Target as the Vons location will only honor the standard drink cost. You will have to pay out of pocket for any add ons to your free drink. I believe there is a high chance the starbucks barista was not trained properly and over charged me. But on the off chance that is their policy then redeem your rewards else where.

Friendly staff and always greeted with a "good morning!" This is my go-to Starbucks when I'm in town. It can be busy at time given it's a small store but my drinks are made correctly and being able to mobile order ahead is much appreciated.

This was my first time visiting this location as I was up the street having work done on my car. They're safety covid protocols were on point and the staff were very friendly and seem to know a lot of their customers even as busy as they were. When I asked about a new blend they have great description and recommendations and it was spot on. Anytime I'm out this way I will do this one hands down then the one in the grocery store.

If I could give a zero sadly I would. My daughter managed a Starbucks while in college so I am familiar with the business model. Today was a huge disappointment in customer service. I waited 15 minutes to get to the the front of line after the counter person had taken care of close to 13 mobile pastry heating orders as well as the three people ahead of me. I can accept that, but I finally got to the front and she said I will be right with you, she then proceeded to take care of 7 pastry heating mobile orders. Finally she got back to me and all I wanted a tall ice coffee. I then watched as people who ordered after me with the blended drinks and pastry get theirs.and I still hadn't gotten tall ice coffee. I went up to ask for mine and it was buried behind several mobile orders. Get your act together! Have one person do the mobile orders during your busy time and free up a person to do the counter simple orders.

Order Mobile and Skip the line - ordered this morning via mobile and went to pick up my order 10 minutes later. It was not ready, understood, so I was told to wait outside and they'll bring the order out. I'm perfectly fine with this due to COVID. Waiting an additional 15 because it was busy, however I think it's unacceptable to send out a customer to tell me my Order was ready. On top of that it was only half ready and still waiting on another. I requested a refund but was told that would take longer than making my 2nd drink. Employees didn't even know the other employees' names. People who went in to order at the store were leaving with their goods too. Please fix this. Waiting 25 minutes for 2 drinks.
