This Starbucks is a horrible location, it's very cold feeling, not comfortable and their laptops everywhere. It's like it's not a place to go get coffee apparently it looks like it's just full of students that are just taking up all the tables. I don't know why Starbucks used this new location but it doesn't look like it does very well here. This used to be a bank prior this location and the bank was a better venue than what Starbucks did to it. I don't think the Starbucks location will last long just because it's not really convenient.

Nice view of the hillside but I had 3 bagels with cream cheese and butter and sadly had NO butter added to the take out bag. Really busy location, recommend another option if you don't mind waiting. Visited on a Sunday so a lot of family friendliness but nice to have a newspaper available for customers to read for free while waiting.
bad service ? they served me with a bad temper and they did not have 3 types of drinks that I wanted and in the end the one I ordered was not made as I requested

It was very good. I went there twice whole staying 1 night in San Luis Obispo. The manager waited on me the night I was there and again the following morning before I left for the airport to get home. She was wonderful.
