There seems to be a severe lack of training and understanding of the Grubhub menu for the baristas here recently. My own drinks the last 5 days in a row as well have been incorrectly made or missing parts that are paid for as an add-on and many of my friends have experienced similar issues. For students who have to pay using Grubhub, there is now a lack of accountability on the store's behalf for ensuring that orders that are sold out or not properly made are refunded accordingly. The woman who has been at the window for orders recently is also a good example of the lack of training in regards to customer service; although issues with orders are not her fault, her and other staff consistently express discontent when told an order is wrong and don't have any urge to help the customer. It seems like correcting a small mistake is a chore and there isn't any willingness to help.
Overall, poor management seems to be causing a number of issues recently and employees need to have better training before being thrown into the very busy atmosphere of the store.

Good place to catch up with friends for a nice morning breakfast. Not a lot of breakfast food on campus, so this is the right choice!
