The baristas here are always so nice :3 They are one of the only starbucks's in SLO that makes the brown sugar shaken espresso correctly and they nail my drinks every time. I don't support Starbucks as a whole company after everything that has occurred but the employees here still deserve to have jobs and they do an amazing job :) Sometimes the wait here is long but the workers are super helpful. I don't come here to study so I don't know the outlet situation but they make my drinks super yummy and if theres ever a mistake they always correct it

A nearby Starbucks was closed so I came here instead. Unfortunately this place was PACKED, lots of people waiting for their orders, only 3 people behind the counter, seemed like one was in training. Jon immediately welcome every customer in anyway, he asked how your day was going while packing other order and seemed to be a master of doing 10 things at once while keeping the focus on the customer. 10/10 made my day better and made my experience pleasant in what could have easily been irritating and frustrating.

Mary the manager is inflexible and unpleasant. Wouldn’t honor birthday drink despite having app. Katie at the counter very sweet. Go across to vons team there was much nicer and honored the birthday promo.

I gave an extra star for the staffs friendliness however it's been consistently where they don't have your mobile order ready I waited 20 min when I arrived and placed it 15 min a head of time . I get when they are busy but over 20 min for a mobile order when it's slow is a bit ridiculous . I work in the food industry so I do have sympathy for the staff and I get things can be busy but when I asked the second time and showed the my receipt they just had my cup in the back counter with just the syrups in it and then made it . I might as well as ordered in line after waiting 35 minutes .

I enjoy this Starbucks stop after my 5:30am workout @ XGT,Great customer service, always friendly, smiling and up beat !They know me by my name which is really nice.They make small talk and ask how I’m doing, while bring efficient with taking my order.My drink is always spot on!Love their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness.Very clean organized environment.Thank you Starbucks☕️
