Lady messed up my order, then proceeded to blame me and refused to remake the sandwich (it was extremely simple and lacked any expensive ingredients), then gave my girlfriend food poisoning. Didnât get her name but she was a middle aged hispanic woman.

Your food is good, but your employees must surely change gloves and wash hands everytime they even touch that register. I saw them both night employees do the same thing multiple times, I appreciate the friendlyness of your employees tho.

Went into this Subway to get me a sandwich and the girl who made my sandwich said she had to make the sandwich how it is on the menu or it was considered a customized sandwich which would cost me more. Plus I had a coupon to save some money and the girl would not honor it because I wanted a large drink instead of what the coupon said. I told her that I would pay for the extra size and she still told me that I couldnât do that. My coupon was for $799 and because she wouldnât honor the coupon, my food was double in price!! What a crock!! I will never go back to this location ever again, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Sad thing is it was a really nice location until this new owner took over. Now itâs the worst Subway and worst customer serve I have ever experienced!

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The lady was arguing with me about the new menu options. She kept saying the owner would get her in trouble which made me confused. The quality of the sandwich was 5/10. Lacked ingredients and it was just awkward the whole time. I'll never go here again. If you don't have the patience to deal with people face to face then find a job where you can stare at wall all day for a paycheck. Very disappointed in my experience with subway. The owner does not to want to allow customers to decide how much ingredients they can put in their sandwich.
