Located in the Madonna Shopping Mall, this little place is managed and operated by the owner. I was a little skeptical at first as I thought this place would be more of fast-food Japanese, but I was wrong! The atmosphere in here is very nice and everything was very clean and put in place. It has a nice ambiance to it which was both peaceful since there weren't many customers. The food was great and it definitely surpassed my expectations that I had for this place. To me at least, this food tasted very authentic and did not disappoint! I ordered a combination meal of CA + Teriyaki Bowl which came with a free drink that I shared with my wife. My two daughters shared a Chicken Udon which they said was really good. We also got some Pork Gyoza's as an appetizer and they were delicious! My final thoughts are that this place is great and definitely a good place to eat when you're craving some good Japanese food. It surpassed the expectations that I had for it and I would come back again if I'm ever in the area!

I ordered through Uber Eats or another service. It arrived quickly and was delicious. I really enjoyed the dynamite roll and something else, but can't recall what it was. I didn't eat inside, but the food is worth trying again.

Ordered via Uber eats. No chopsticks, no soy sauce. I think overall my main problem was that I was not expecting coleslaw on top of my sushi. Seems a bit odd.

Coming from LA, I stopped here for a quick lunch as I was starved. Sorry, but for the price, it was the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Sushi from Vons is better than what I had here.

I am here for a trade show and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. I kept it simple and had the rainbow roll. It was terrific! The portion was large, the fish very fresh and the rice was perfectly sticky. I'd recommend this place with two thumbs up!

My daughter wanted some sushi for dinner and decided to try out Sushi Kokku. A nice and quiet spot with exceptional sushi. Will definitely stop by again next time we are in the area. Recommend trying the caterpillar roll, the rolls and fresh and delicious.
