DO NOT ORDER HERE AFTER 9 PM, TERRIBLY SLOW AND NO PRIORITIZED EFFORT ON ORDERS. YOU WILL BE WAITING AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME. Not ideal for a fast bite, or mobile order.

Not as much meat in taco Tuesday like many years ago. Much lettuce with grated cheese for $3.25 for two. Get very asada meat filled regular tacos but the price is $12.+ for two, but lot of meat.

They are not giving a fair value when portioning food products. The workers do not care about serving customers and acting in a friendly professional manner.

Parking: Curb is out very far by entrance. It's a hazard when lot is full because you can't see it and may hit it on your way out.

They are so stupid that it takes up to 1 hour to make a burrito. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? 😒 and if I order through doordash they are slower. Because the restaurant people have instructions to place the orders of the people who arrive at the restaurant first ☹️

Worst taco bell service ever ! It's almost seems like the delay on purpose... always short staff... the staff don't care about having ppl wait... waited over an hr for an order 3 doritos tacos and the manager just wait over 45mins to pull out the shells... acted like it's was all good

this taco bell is great if you like sitting for an hour waiting for your food. i recommend literally anywhere else in SLO to get food instead. don’t waste your time here

This location is probably the slowest in the nation. Now that counter ordering is discouraged, all other ordering forms, any time of day have incredible delays. I have ordered in the kiosk and waited 45 minutes, the app for pick up 1 hour, the app for delivery 3.5 hours, DoorDash 3 hours, any way you do it it’s gonna take longer then it will to go to the grocery store and cook the food yourself. This location always seems to be short of staff as well. I’ve heard that this used to be the best rated Taco Bell in the nation now it’s definitely swung around to one of the worst. They need like a corporate overhaul or to turn off some of the ordering platforms if it’s gonna take over 2 hours to be ready.

Vegetarian options: Almost anything can be made with spicy potatoes (home style fried chunks) substituted as the protein

These criminals decided they didn’t like that they wanted to have to deal with the condition of my disability. After kicking me out I ordered like a $50 meal for the family sending my friend to pick it up. They saw my name on account, refused to cook the meal and refused to refund it. They stole my $50.

If you literally have nothing to do all day, I would recommend going to this Taco Bell. Slowest restaurant I have EVER been to. I EVEN ORDERED AHEAD, and got my order 20 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready by. They weren't crowded, the workers moved extremely slow, and this was all at 5:30-6ish, were you would expect a dinner rush. There were a lot of angry customers around me also frustrated with the speed.

Needless to say I was late getting back to work since I went on my dinner break and did not even get to eat until I got off.

I ordered ahead of time on the app and when I arrived then they decided to start making my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead? I then had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my food and when I got back the rice was hard in my burritos which ruined it. Workers don’t seem to care or be in a hurry either
