It was a struggle during our visit an empty store front and 3 people behind the counter. Order took longer than the app suggested by 15 mins. Order was missing items and after taking out to go order to find out our crunch wrap was missing the protein we paid extra for. Disappointing but not surprised for Taco Bell. First visit in many years and most likely the last.

Something is really wrong with this location. Taco barely come with any cheese or Lettuce. Like the shells at only half filled. Lettuce is not that expensive! lol. The bigger problem is that the wait time is horrendous. 1/3 two nights in a row and with only one or two people waiting in the lobby. No items came out for 10 minutes not even mobile orders. It was like three people back there working so slow you would think they were putting one chip in the bag at a time.. I’ve seen quite a few customers get irate over the last two weeks about the same issue. Many of your customers are getting quite fed up. I used to go to Taco Bell in the past and they used to pump out the food, nice and quick like there was orders hitting the counter every minute now it’s everyone standing around and the workers moving in slow motion. This is bad, bad business, and reflects badly on ownership and management

Ridiculous!!!! Serious bad mgt. Put in moble order because they will not take substitutions on an order when you go to the counter. app said ready to p/u at 5:33pm. Walked in and stood waiting along with other patrons for 25 mins after my pick up time. Staff in the back moving at a snails pace with their hands in their pockets or filling up napkin dispensers, etc. Finally got the order of 3 items....horrible product ended up throwning most away. Filing complaint wiht corporate. Unacceptable
I ordered 2 tostadas I haven’t had since the 80’s but I was very disappointed with the 20 minute wait for 2 hard shells with very little on them. Very upset!

Food tasted good, but I was shocked at how small the Burrito Supreme was!! It was the size of what used to be a bean burritio only size. It's been over a year since I was here, but I feel like I was ripped off. It's going to be a long time until I'm back. I'm an athletic, thin woman and I was still hungry after eating a Burrito Supreme Combo meal. Sad! The service was very good though.
