If you like wood-fired pizza this is the place, with a variety of excellent choices. They go out of their way to make you happy, and it's always an amazing food experience. You can taste their passion for making quality food in every order. Where American Gourmet meets Old World Italian style. This place makes me feel like I'm eating pizza in Napoli. I'm always skeptical about Lasagna, but my friend made me try it and honestly, it's not bad.

Their pizza is legit. I believe the dough has been cold fermented for a couple days. It has a really good fermented taste to it. Very light and fluffy yet still chewy. My girlfriend and I highly recommend it. We were in the area visiting Hearst Castle, Montaña de Oro State Park and also got to do the rattlesnake canyon hike. I’m going to try to review a few other places we went to and I should have a couple of youtubes coming up soon.

The best pizza I've eaten since I've been in the USA, as good as in Italy. You can eat both on site and take away. Highly recommended

I love Humble Oven! They have become a regular part of our takeout rotation. Their dough for their pizzas is superb and true Neapolitan style, crisp, chewy, and flavorful. Every pizza we’ve tried has been delightful. I also love the Caesar salad and my boyfriend is a huge fan of the meatballs/meatball pasta. Keep an eye out for their seasonal specials, they once did a strawberry tiramisu and it was fantastic.
Grace and the whole team are always so nice and you can tell they’re dedicated to the quality.

I was too busy devouring my pizza to take a picture of it, but WOW. Humble Oven made an incredible pizza (we had the Cadillac margherita) and salad and their tiramisu was ? ! The pizza crust was perfectly light and had the right amount of chew. The sauce was zesty and delicious. And the burrata? Impossibly creamy. Even the balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing was on point! The tiramisu was luscious and the perfect end to a lovely evening.
Owners Mason and Grace are delightful humans. We met Mason last week when we were here. The pizza counter was closed, but he chatted with us while recipe-testing a spectacular focaccia (if that ever makes it on the menu, order it!). Grace helped us figure out our order, and took excellent care of us. Tonight's meal was an excellent one!
We will be sure to return to Humble Oven on our next time through SLO! Thanks to Grace and Mason for two memorable visits. We have already recommended their food to our friends!
Vegetarian options: Awesome Cadillac margherita pizza, Delicious humble salad, and stellar tiramisu! Multiple other options for vegetarians.
Kid-friendliness: Owners are super kid-friendly and the food is delicious and approachable! They have an off-menu margherita pizza with shredded mozzarella instead of burrata.

Great pizza place! I ordered the Margarita with pepperoni!! I thought it was smaller than it actually is. I was told it was individual, but it's too big for one person. At least it was too big for me. Crust was crunchy, seasoned, and it tasted like fresh ingredients. My recommendation share the pizza.Great placeGreat pizzeria! I ordered the Margarita with pepperoni. Love the food market vibe, outdoor seating and parking. Salad had a little too much cheese, red sauce was a little thin but the pesto and pasta in both dishes were outstanding. Meatballs were solid effort with nice seasoning and large enough to cut in quarters.
