Honestly great place to grab a hot little snack and they always have the best deals. I think they do a BOGO everyday through the slo eats app and you can mix and match! I loooove the pizza pretzels! They also have fruity drinks and sweet cinnamon pretzels too. And the best staff ? the also always have a 20% off or a 40% off deal everyday of the week I believe.

Went into Wetzel’s Pretzels tonight and Tony & Sarah were incredibly helpful and kind. My daughter got injured on the sidewalk and they were quick to provide us with ice for her injury. They also gave my daughter some lemonade, which really helped to cheer her up. They went above and beyond and we really appreciate their generosity. We purchase some pretzel bites and they were also cooked to perfection, but Toby & Sarah’s kindness made our pretzels that much better. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Food was good, staff was friendly. It’s extremely hot inside the store, it’s hard to wait inside for the food with how hot it is in there. The poor staff are all sweaty and seem uncomfortable.

I would have called the location to voice this issue but they do not have a number listed. The customer service leaves something to be desired. I ordered the wetzel dog & needed to wait while they made a fresh batch. It came out very under cooked. The hot dog was cold in the middle & the pretzel dough was still doughy. Not ok to give people food that is not cooked properly.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. The current “manager” is the problem. What was said to take 5 minutes turned into 15 and the worst freakin day of my year so far due to the manager deliberately ignoring my order belittling me and then threatening to call the cops on me. Not to mention undercooked pretzel out of the warming case after it’s all said and done. Filing formal complaint about this l**** and location.
