Every few months I think “We will give them another shot” and just like always… DISAPPOINTMENT. Order extra ranch for my 50 wings and 15 tenders. Guess how many I got? ZERO. Did I ask them when I picked up the order? Yup. Was told it was in there. The fries used to be my favorite part of WingStop, now they are cold, raw and not a spec of seasoning. Not even salt.
I feel robbed. I will never go back. And this used to be a monthly stop for us.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I ordered in-store and waited over 30 minutes for my order and it had been sitting on the out shelf and no one called my name. I guess maybe they had an off day? Normally you call someone’s order out and not just put it on the shelf completely disappointed and I haven’t even eaten the food yet to see if it’s any good. I definitely will not go back here waste of time but I’ll never get back. Super upsetting too because it’s my first time coming to a Wingstop. Literally the only saving grace is that the food is actually good.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews.
When you were the only ticket in the window and it takes almost 35 minutes to get your food that's something that happens. OK
When the order isn't ready because they are still cooking fries, And your fries are stone cold when you get them.
You ordered five chicken strips and only two of them or lemon pepper with no idea what the last three are.
Wingstop is wonderful, theirnfoodnis good. This location and the team that works their are WEAK. Money and time wasted. Food was terrible too.

Nasty. Was visiting SLO for the 4th and decided to try this place since friends rave about the chain. They messed up our order, I called and they took my info, but never got back to me re: a refund. And the food itself was awful. The chicken had no taste and barely any meat, plus some of those hard ends leftover when it's not properly de-feathered 🤢 Both my friend and I had to get up overnight to use the toilet. This place is nasty - stay away! Worst $50 I've spent on take out ever.

I ordered a take out order and it was fresh and ready when the website said to pick it up. When I got home, get this... NOTHING WAS MISSING! Not that this location has a problem with that, but other brands and locations do.
The food was amazing. Big thanks Wingstop SLO. Keep up the good work, and appreciate your flavor experts.

Yum 🍗 I usually just order the chicken sandwich. Its pretty good. I also like the survey option for a free side. That's a great little deal. Fun place to stop for a quick bite but I'm afraid they didnt drain the oil off my chicken in the last visit. My bread was soaked with the oil. Besides that, my meals are pretty good here.

Employees are rude, dismissive and racist. I’ve been waiting for an hour and the employees are laughing and singing about making the gringo wait, and how they’re not sorry, in Spanish. As if me being white means I don’t speak fluent Spanish. Newsflash, I grew up in Oceano as a chef my whole life. I know exactly what was said and why. These employees are a disgrace to Americans and food service. I expect better from any local business franchise. Sincerely; a literate bilingual person.

We just ordered carry out and I ordered 40 wings and went back to our hotel and realized we were missing a box of 10 and one box only had 8. So we only got 28 wings out of 40. Your girl worker handing out the orders was also dancing as we arrived as if she was making a tik tok. Smh. Do your job and make sure orders are correct!
