We recently discovered DeRose has a tasting room in the Gilroy area by a recommendation. We have been up to the winery in Hollister, which is a bit of a drive, but worth the time because the wines are all incredible. So we were excited to try out the new tasting room that is much closer to us.The people running the tasting are family and were so nice. They greeted us in and gave us options for the flight and had a Rosé open to try and buy by the glass (I love Rosé and this one...
I love DeRose Tasting Room. The wine is impeccable, with the varieties including their reds, sparkling wines, rose, and white wines. The ambiance of the beautiful bar, friendliness of the staff, music, options of bringing a picnic or ordering a wood fired pizza, as well as games for all ages makes this unique establishment one that I will enjoy often!
Came here a couple weeks ago for the wine and cheesesteak food truck. Was awesome. Great service and the wine was killer. Had some tasty big red wines and varietals I hadn’t tried before. The whites also were great. Wife was a big fan of the Chardonnay and Zinn rosé.
