I paid $6.57 for a Too Good To Go surprise bag and what I received was shocking—everything was stale, dried out, and clearly past its prime. The food was so old and unappetizing that I had to throw it all in the trash.
This is not about expecting gourmet quality at a discount—it’s about basic food safety and integrity. The whole point of this app is to prevent waste, not pass it on to customers. I felt ripped off and honestly a bit sickened.
Please don’t waste your money here. You’re better off buying something fresh elsewhere or supporting businesses that actually respect the idea behind this program.

We decided to give this new café a try and deeply regret it. We ordered the strawberry shortcake and mango mousse—both were honestly the worst desserts we’ve ever had. My husband, who normally eats everything could not have more than one bite. They both tasted very bad maybe both were spoiled. We ended up throwing both away. Total waste. Do not recommend. Horrible experience.

I would come here a few times a month to buy a loaf of sourdough. A few days ago I went in and asked for one. The lady behind the counter said she has one already in a bag in the back, and I asked if it was from yesterday and she said no, it's all baked fresh everyday. When I get home I noticed it is not that fresh and also slightly burnt on the top. I will not be returning if that's how you're going to treat your costumers, especially ones that were regulars.

Nice location in San Ramon. Not as many choices compared to Andersen Bakery in Pleasanton. Also, the cheese bread was a bit bland compared to the Pleasanton store. Overall, it was good.
