Today, I purchased a chocolate croissant and a cream cheese walnut pastry from your San Ramon store. Unfortunately, they tasted stale, as if they were from the previous day. We couldn't eat them and had to throw them away, as we were concerned about food safety. I hope the store can improve its product freshness moving forward, but I’m hesitant to purchase again from this location.

MANGO CROISSANT IS SO GOOD ON A HOT DAY!!!!

Last month I came in a few times on weekdays, there were not many pastries on shelves.

Today was better than last visited. There were many pastries, cakes, sandwishes on shelves. (I think because of it’s saturday)

- Mango croissant 9/10
- Vanilla melon pan 6/10
- Ube muffin 6/10

Came in not too long ago. Had to get a few pastries and sandwiches for a meeting. Everything was great! All food was fresh and tasted great. Ana (manager) was wonderful and very helpful. Can’t wait for our next meeting.

Bad first impression. Came in Saturday to get a treat and there was nothing on the shelves. Did some shopping and came back. Still nothing on the shelves. The clerk said they were waiting for a delivery from another store and this was late morning. Tge clerk said we have eclars. I purchased two. Tried them after dinner and they were hard, smelled of old fridge and stale. Wow, and this is a new bakery in the center. I understand a new opening can be stressful and difficult with product, but no signage stating they were having problems or an apology.

The quality was horrible. They put an imitation of Italian basil pesto on white, chemically-raised American bread, and then cut it like khachapuri, but with a blunt knife.6 people in family and nobody want to eat this disaster.

Anderson Bakery is a gem conveniently nestled in the plaza. Their wide array of pastries, cakes, and bakery goods never disappoints—fresh, delicious, and aesthetically beautiful.
Despite the unfortunate situation of their air conditioning being broken on a hot summer day, the staff went above and beyond to assist me in making the right choice.
The outdoor seating adds charm, and the customer service is exceptional.
What started as a simple purchase turned into a delightful haul of berry cake, bread, cupcakes, almond croissants, and more! Highly recommend this bakery for a treat-filled experience.

Parking: Plenty of free plaza parking

Pastries are terrible, just terrible. I got 6 or 7 different kinds to try at home. None of my family members liked anything. No flavor whatsoever and many were stale. The staff was not really enthusiastic either. The previous patisserie in this place was just as bad, and I was hoping they would turn this place around but alas. Never going back.

I was so excited about this bakery coming to the area. There is one thing that my whole family specifically loves: the sweet brioche that they make. Obvously, there are many others that love it. Very often, when I come specifically for it, it has already finished. One has to come immediatellty after opening to find it. I have been told to call and they would reserve some for me. But why don't they just bake more of it? So that it lasts longer. Definitely, if one comes after 12, it cannot be found. Clearly there are many customers for the sweet brioche! Make more of it!

This is a must visit!! I wish I would have taken pictures of what we got. Everything was so delicious. We got 3 of the fruit and custard tarts, a slice of the berry cake, and tiramisu. All I can say is YUM!! The fruit was fresh, even the next day.

Parking: There is a large parking lot. No issues parking.
