Impressive variety for such a small place. We had a couple of savory pastries (a sausage pastry and a curry pan) a couple of fruit and custard danishes, and a ube melon pan, all very tasty with good texture!
After finishing my Trader Joe's run, I stopped by for some pastry and coffee. The pastries are always great, but I made the mistake of ordering a Matcha Latte—one sip and it was awful. I returned it and asked for a regular black coffee instead, but that was even worse. It tasted like someone mixed five tablespoons of coffee with ten liters of water—completely diluted and flavorless. Safe to say, I won’t be getting drinks from this place again.
Nice location in San Ramon. Not as many choices compared to Andersen Bakery in Pleasanton. Also, the cheese bread was a bit bland compared to the Pleasanton store. Overall, it was good.
