Bagel Street Cafe San Ramon

Bagel Street Cafe is absolutely fantastic. The fresh cappuccino I got was excellent even in a paper cup due to us only swinging by. The Asiago burnt to perfection on top of the bagel delivered a great flavor. The chewy bagel was delightful. I went simple with egg and turkey and all the flavors were excellent with the cheddar cheese. With us merely passing through we asked where we needed to go and we were told this spot was a must try. The Chai was phenomenal according to my wife. I got to try it and if you can put a “season into a cup it’s fall” and that is what this chai tasted like. With so many flavors coming through it was remarkable. Over all this was a great breakfast stop as we embarked on our trek down to Monterrey! If you are passing through San Ramon look this place up……also there was a farmers market near by that would have been amazing to see if we had known about it ahead of time!

Got two bagels and a sandwhich. Quite possibly the best dutch crunch ive ever had. Got an iced late and hot late, my iced late was nice & cold with lots of ice! IYKYK!

A “bakers dozen” by definition is 13. I don’t know how they get away with selling a bakers dozen bagels and only giving you 12 bagels.

They also didn’t get any of the 4 items I ordered correct. Sunrise bagels 1 exit away is so much better in every way.

These workers seemed to never get ANY ORDER correct! Like it's truly not that hard! Read what i want on my bagel! Doordash gave my money back but still dudes, read the ticket! Don't even waste your money here! Go to Sunrise Bagel at Magnolia Square! They def do it better!!!

Wastage of money don’t come here

Cream cheese so damn expensive, packaging looks open, taste is sour and totally disgusting. $8 for something which is tasteless.

Bagel - dry, tasteless

Service - extra charges for toasting, not interested in taking order

Overall very expensive place with no taste and service.

STOP GOING TO THIS BAGEL SHOP - CALL FOR OTHER BAGEL SHOP OWNERS/SMALL BUSINESSES for ANOTHER BAGEL SHOP.

I have been coming to this bagel shop for over 3 years now. Over the time I have noticed a few things have changed and the owner does not really care about customers anymore.

They stopped keeping Siracha or any kind of sauce for having with the bagel, and the staff tells us these are owners decisions.

They stopped keeping the cups to drink water near the water, it is closer to the cashier and today there are no water cups. And the staff told me to buy a cup for 25c. I asked them why would I buy a cup for 25c to drink water, you have kept the water, and do you expect customers to get the water bottle to drink the water. The staff told me, the owner has not given new water cups so they do not have a choice.

I feel the staffs working on the shop are trying to do the best based on what the owner provides, but the owner really does not care about what the customer really thinks and experiences.

This attitude is probably because, this particular shop location is very promising, next to Target, Tesla super charger, Whole foods, most people in San Ramon come here daily or weekly and the owner does not care, maybe he/she thinks customers will show up anyways.

This is a tough decision - but I will avoid going to this shop after today.
