Been going here with my family for several years now but the food quality has become questionable recently.The sandwiches here are usually great and the staff generally friendly, but there was an incident in which one of the sandwich breads had several hairs and an avocado stem that made it unacceptable to continue eating.We brought the evidence(see attached photo) to the staff immediately after discovering this mid-meal, but the service staff had no way to contact the manager nor were willing to contact her(granted, it was Xmas Eve).We won’t be coming back here but to any other customers reading this review: I urge you to check your bread before eating it.

This quaint little shop is the perfect place to stop in the morning for a bagel and smear or my favorite - bacon, egg, and cheese on one of their tasty bagels. We stopped in twice while in town the staff was so polite and efficient. I highly recommend their cheese danish too!

I walked in to get a coffee and bagel. No one payed any attention to me even though I was the only one there. After speaking up, I was told they have no coffee. They ought to put a sign with that on the front door. “Cafe - No Coffee”

Came here because it's closer to where I live than my favorite Dublin location. Food: * Plain bagel 5/10* chocolate chip bagel 6/10* pizza bagel 5/5* plain cream cheese 3/10* strawberry cream cheese 7/10All of the bagels were extra salty. Whoever made the bagels was a little heavy handed with the salt. The plain cream cheese did not taste the same as the Dublin location. Quite flavorless. My Nana however liked the strawberry cream cheese.Service: 6/10Ambiance: 7/10

I love this place’s sandwiches and bagels but lately the service is very slow and last week when I bought a bagel with cream cheese it was definitely a day old bagel which is crumbly instead of chewy.I hope they get their act together.

I have been charged 3 different prices for the exact same item within the span of a week. They have charged way more than the advertised price. When I asked the lady who rung me up about it she looked at me and walked away, ignoring my questions and refused to come up to the register to talk to me again. If you're going to raise prices you should have them listed to be transparent to your customers. I asked for a receipt, but it doesn't have any information breaking down the costs except for the final charge to you.They also made the complete wrong sandwich. I ordered just a Turkey with chedder cheese and they put avocado and pepper jack.

Hadn't eaten breakfast so decided to grab a bite while waiting for mom. Huge bagels and they don't stint on fillings. Loved the shatteringly crisp bacon on my BLT. Mom was more interested in shopping but I got her a tuna melt ToGo. The tuna needed a dash of salt but the open faced sandwich was so big she only ate half of a half. Prices have gone up but then everything has so can't complain. Staff was patient as I reviewed the menu. It helped that there was no line behind me.

For the second time in a row I ordered the eggwich club, and also for the second time they neglected to make it the way they advertise. It is supposed to have egg, turkey breast, bacon and avocado inside. Last week when I door dashed it, I received it minus the bacon and avocado. I tried calling the provided number, and got no answer. I emailed the email address they give, told the about the problem, included pictures...no respose. Nothing.Today I said to myself "That was probably a one off mistake, ill order again".Todays order was a bit closer, but still not what I paid for. this time it was missing the bacon. I have decided not to order from them again. I'll be getting breakfast sandwiches elsewhere. The lack of attention to detail and the non existent customer service is what did it. If not for those things. they probably would have garnered 5 stars. But sadly they made their own bed with this one.Sorry Bagel Street.

Typical bagel shop daily fresh bagels and in-house cream cheese. I enjoy their day old bagel that they bake into bagel chips. A lot of haters here:"They microwave the egg" - all bagel shops do this "Price doubled to $1.80" - it's not 1980 bro"I can't call my order in" - who makes phone calls still?"$4 for cream cheese? I bought it for cheaper at Target" - homemade vs processed frozen cream cheese. Lol

Arrived at 06:30,, place was empty. Service was fast and with a smile. Chef salad was fresh, cut at the order. The salad also had relatively a lot of vegetables and this is a plus Bagel was fresh Coffee (Mexican style) was great Good place to start the morning
