The WORST Baskin and Robbins I have ever visited.
1) It’s FILTHY
2) WORST Customer Service
3) Not consistent
4) Closes whenever they want, not following posted store hours time.
5) They use the tiniest scoop, not the proper size for a waffle cone.
6) Offers a free waffle cone, however, they are always out of Waffle Cones.

The ice cream smelled like bleach. And the employee was a teenager with an attitude

Ordered a custom ice cream cake that was one of their Halloween specials with sprinkles in the center. It was ready on time and beautiful. Tasted great, was a hit! They didn’t write happy birthday on it as requested, but I didn’t mind cause I would rather no mistakes

The owner of this store recently must be training all the staff to reduce portion size. It didn't used to be this way - I have been going to this store for years. See my photos for the banana split and chocolate milk shake. This chocolate milk shake is so watery that it's literally chocolate milk. No shake. And it's $7.99. I complained to the owner about it (he made it himself) and he said "it's supposed to be one scoop of ice cream". Look at the photo of the scoops for the banana split with the pink spoon next to it. You all know how small that spoon is, right? Each scoop would fit into that spoon. This is just wrong. I've never known an ice cream shop to be greedy. I get ice cream to feel good and this does not feel good at all. Pretty much ruined my day. Don't go here if you are thinking you need something to lift your mood. This is just depressing. At least wait till this owner gets over his sudden spout of inflation panic or something.

Love the location of BR, it's close to Costco. Sees candy and other local shops in the hub. We drive. At times walk after dinning at our local restaurant close by. I like the single scoop options especially when you are watching your calorie intake. I usually try the seasonal flavors but you can also find the standard flavors too. I'm curious to try the pizza ice cream next time. Kids favorite!

Good customer service, nice and clean facility with nice staff. Love the ice cream and cakes.

Delicious ice creams but the service leaves a lot to be desired. My ice cream was very melted and when I went to complain, the clerk just looked at me without looking for a solution. In the end I just left, quite upset.

Bad costumer service!My ice cream was totally melted by the time I seated outside. I went inside to ask the cashier and he just looked at me and did not help me get a new one or at least look at my melted ice cream. He just seem not caring at all. The other person was at the end of the store on her phone.

We have been coming here for several years and always had great friendly service and its always been very clean and presentable. However, today, there was a funky smell noticeable immediately when we opened the door. Kinda like when someone doesn't wash their clothes and noticeable throughout the whole place. Almost left. Will come back and follow up.

Nothing like good old Baskin R! My kids love coming here and there’s a nice little courtyard to sit outside on a nice day.

The staff here are so wonderful. They really take care of you. It's my happy place ?.

My friend got her birthday cake from here and I’ve never seen such a bad job done on customization. Her name was spelled way off and her age wasn’t even right.
