Bartlett pear flatbread featured cubes of canned pears on doughy pizza base. They did not understand the assignment. This is Fairfield Suites food and not worthy of the hotel.

We had a reservation, it was confirmed the day before .. but they had no record of the reservation and were full. We went elsewhere. They asked if I had made the reservation online, I said yes. They didn't explain, but that seemed to be the problem .. they don't take reservations.

Been here 45+ min still waiting on food. Rude service, place is not worth it.

Not sure why there aren’t any negative stars to rate on google. One of the most pathetic breakfast service I ever had. You have to search for someone in restaurant for at least 15-20 minutes, then go to front desk and ask if the restaurant is even open? Or Maybe it’s automated service? No clue !!Rude unwelcoming server. All tables dirty with piles of used plates. Greasy food, soaked in oil / grease, stinking tomatoes in the omelette. The only good thing was the piece of avocado.Menu what says online doesn’t even exist.

Breakfast buffet was not good at all.Eggs were wet and gross, hash browns actually smelled bad; fishy almost. Coffee & OJ were fine. This would have been nothing to mention IF this was complementary as I thought, but this buffet was $25 - a preposterous sum for the food served. I would expect far better from Denny's <$5.The staff was warm and friendly - no complaints there.

Wife and I had a great tasty dinner served by friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for more after a long day of travel.

We met with friends at this place for lunch. we heard about this place from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

This hotel/conference center restaurant is in a Marriott Hotel that sees many guests and expects crowds from conference breaks. Even so, I had to wait almost an hour, 5:50 to 5:48 for a Cobb Salad. Servers gave no acknowledgement, reason or apology. The manager was the same. Everyone was polite and the salad was perfect. That did not make up for the wait. I couldn’t tell if it was staffing if the servers, kitchen staff or just poor management but it was definitely not Marriott style.

Our meal took 1 hour to come out of kitchen. I ordered a gluten free grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and avocado. After an hour when it came - they had microwaved the cheese and no tomato or avocado - a limp sandwich. I asked for a new one. Another 20 minutes went by - I got another limp sandwich this time with tomato no avocado. I asked for avocado to be brought and ended up not eating the disgusting/non grilled/ microwaved sandwich - just the avocado & tomato. I am staying in the hotel but won’t eat at this place ever again and suggest no one else waster their time and money here either!!

It was my wife's and I anniversary. I ordered for myself to bring up to our room for my wife. The steak was small and overcooked. And I asked for maybe a small little slice of cake with a candle to celebrate our anniversary. They gave me a overpriced cheesecake and charged me for that

Dinner was very good. The staff was very friendly, and observant! It was the perfect quiet, Friday night getaway.

The food that was there was okay. For the price you would expect more selection such as carved beef station, eggs, waffles or French toast, and other breakfast/brunch items. Selection was very poor and not worth the price compared to The LOT and other nearby buffets.

Overpriced for the new limited selections of the buffet. No chocolate fountain and no shrimp like years past. No carving station with tasty beef. Disappointed and will look for a new yearly location next Mother's Day.

When I mentioned how the family was so disappointed on our tradition of having Easter Sunday at Bishop Grill .Management had us back to dine in their restaurant on them We were a bit hesitant, because Easter was pretty bad My son, grandson & I couldn't be more happy with the delicious food and grest service. I'm planning to write to the district manager to bring back the chocolate fountain, dessert station, the craving station
