For a place with the name BOBA in its name, along with BOBA in every advertising photo, you’d expect the base drink to come with boba. This is the experience I have with all other boba place in the bay - and I have been to a lot. This is 100% false advertising. I would not recommend this place over any of the 50+ boba places in the area/Bay Area.

My huge Boba lover and Boba guys used I used to feel like they had higher quality tea recently the tea taste a little bit watered down in my opinion and the service here is really bad as there’s always a line and there’s no one hardly ever at the teller and it seems like they’re understaffed often and they make you use theself check out computer screen but overall not horrible not great either

Used to be a lot better all around. Knowing that, it's tough saying anything good except for the boba itself.

It’s a good chill location within The Lot. Easy in easy out. Good seating as well

My fave boba spot! Nothing beats boba guys and we’ve been to so many places all throughout Walnut Creek-San Ramon and this is the best. We get the same drink every time & they deliver quality every time.

This place is a bit far from where I live but it never fails me. They are quick to take your order and give you your drink.

I went to Boba Guys at Santana Row and decided to do one here at Bishop Ranch. I really like the ambiance here with all of the decorations they displayed here with a mini shop. It really fits to today’s modernity.

The menu displays calories including the toppings, which is good for calorie tracking. I also like the animal that’s being displayed on the boba cups. The boba doesn’t really taste too sweet. You either can get the drink warm or iced with other toppings you wanna include.

That being said, it’s a good place to stop by if you want boba in this shopping center.

I spent 10 bucks and 30 minutes of my day to try to get a Matcha for here. Even when we presented our receipt we were told “Sorry it’s not here”. The phone number doesn’t work to call either. I guess you dispute it with your credit card. What a waste of time and energy!

The taste of your Rose boba was yuk today. FYI I have always loved it historically. Not sure what happened today.
