This location was one of my favorites before the remodel. The double borderline is extremely chaotic in the Drive-Thru where people get confused and try to cut each other off. Their customer service has also declined with new staff. The high schooler working the drive-thru window was dismissive I'm not paying attention and then did not hand me the receipt for the order.It's a shame because this location usually had the most consistent and fresh food.

If you are going for mozzarella sticks they are gross and rubbery, went and it wasn’t busy yet they were sitting out and both bags I got were not crunchy and were rubbery.

I went to Burger King today after finding out that remodeling was finally finished at this location and they resumed serving again either Thursday or Friday. It was nice seeing that the app acknowledged they were open since I could create a breakfast order.I ordered some croissandwiches and a biscuit sandwich, some with bacon, sausage or ham. Also used an offer to get $1.49 large hashbrowns and used my rewards to get a free five-piece French Toast Sticks. Everything tasted hot, fresh and chewy for the croissandwiches and the biscuit sandwich was all right.Glad I went when Burger King was newly re-opened since no one was in the drive-thru line for me to wait and the food was freshly warmed up or fried; those hashbrowns and French Toast Sticks were just crispy to the bite. That same kid was there from before the remodeling, and he was as courteous and friendly as the time before.AND, the restaurant is a 24-hour establishment now! At least for the drive-thru, it is!

Giving this Burger King a little face lift I am installing a new tables and chairs, service counter, wainscoting, chair rail, soffit. Other contractors are installing New lighting, new drink station, tile and brick work, new doors, bathrooms. All in all it is looking real nice. Come on down and check it out should be reopened mid February.

Terrible staff. Not courteous and absolutely inept. They replaced an item with another without even asking. Not even a simple sorry. I am surprised that they are still in business with several 1-star reviews. In n Out...here comes my business from now on.

Whooper whopper whopper, BK have it your way.... as long as your way is a greasy bag of chemicals. We stopped here on a road trip. We were desperate, but after opening the bag and seeing how smashed and pathetic everything looked we decided we weren't as hungry as we thought we were. Even the fries are gross. Come on BK, re-evaluate what you stand for, because right now you are an embarrassment and I wouldn't give you another dollar.

.... Pretty good... for a Burger King . I haven't been to BK in years but was starving and dropped in.I came in on a Wednesday a bit before lunch and there was one lady working and she was super friendly and she scooped up a lot of really good looking fries for someone else. All the tables had crowns on them, too?! The place was clean and the music wasn't loud and the temp was cool but not so cold you need a jacket. I'm definitely not used to this!

I should have known better than to go back to a Burger King. The Italian chicken sandwich was again discontinued. It's like they think they have a McRib or something where they can play with us. It's just a Burger King though. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich instead and asked for it with no lettuce and he asked me if I want to cheese on it, I said yes, and then heavy cheese with two slices got added to the board for $0.80. it looks like they just peeled open some craft singles and slapped them on there. The sandwich and a lemonade cost me more than 15 bucks. Pretty silly really. Not even close to appetizing.
