Had the vacation pay couple times liked it. Had the vada...potatonpatty, green chutney, red chutney, garlic chutney (powdered) and a friend chilly. Ordered couple today and they skipped garlic chutney and the friend chilli. Giving g less score for not being consistent

I had wanted to try this place for awhile, but was quite disappointed. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was soggy and not crispy, it same with raw onions and not sautéed, and the greens were wilted. I will not be back. The menu looked great. Too bad my first experience was not a good one or I would have liked to return to try some of the other sandwiches also since I am in this area often.

We ordered take out on 12/13/2020 around 4:30pm. Upon arrival to pick up my food the girl sitting behind the counter was not wearing a mask and was on her phone and did not notice that I had opened the door and was standing in front of the make shift take out window. I had to say "Hello" twice in order for to realize I was even there. She quickly put on her mask, And said nothing, I had to say that I was there for a take out pick up. Another employee then came around the corner, but was not immediately wearing a mask. He quickly put on his mask and handed me my bag. The girl behind the counter proceeded to go back to her phone and then took off her mask. I was almost ready to revise the order, but it was already paid for. I found the entire experience highly unprofessional and highly unhealthy in our current state being in a second shelter in place ordinance. We definitely will not be returning to your establishment. We will also make sure that our friends and family not order from this establishment either. Management should be ashamed and consider enforcing and practicing better customer service as well as practicing better implementation of covid compliant service.

Owners seem great people. However, highly doubted the chef knows how to make burgers. Got two Spanish beef burger and meat was bad, strong bad smell. So we took it back to store , cashier and owner(looks like) immediately offered something else for free and did %50 off. We ordered two crispy chicken but unfortunately only thing we could taste was buffalo sauce. Nice people for sure but Chef needs to look for another job.

Great food, and even better service. The workers are all polite and their burgers taste different compared to other burger places like in n' out, they have a very unique feel to them. I would recommend going here

Never even ate at the place ~ in town for business ~ my car died and is in the shop ~ found a place that looked good and had delivery options ~ call Burgerim ~ all I hear on the other end is Hello ~ nothing else ~ then I had to ask if it was a business ~ reply ~ yes ~ then I had to ask if it was the correct business I was calling or a private line since the phone was answered with just a Hello ~ needless to say ~ if the person answering the phone can't get it right ~ truly do not want to know the disaster my meal would of been ~
Failed to deliver food as ordered. When I contacted the restaurant they told me there was nothing they could do. Worst food ever, cold, burgers were terrible! McD’s would be better,

If you can’t serve, close the store, don’t waste people’s time. You took 22 mins to deliver a Crispy Chicken sandwich and not even delivered. WORST SERVICE.

We just ordered to go and honestly can't say I remember the last time I've been so disappointed. We ordered 6 different things and all were gross. The crispy chicken sandwich with a fried egg, the egg was burnt. The beef patties tasted frozen like something you could get a neighbors cook out Grilled chicken was burnt. Three onion rings in the 1/2 and 1/2 The fries they are so famous for had no seasoning or sauce. Sesame bun was stale and super dry. All the way around a total disappointment and we will never go back.

March 15, 2020. I went to this place and the girls at the front desk are greeting each other with cheek to cheek greeting. Also they had their friend over and the guy spit on his hand and went out side to see his spit and never washed his hands. For get Corona virus this is a filthy and unhygienic place to eat. If you want to set sick go ahead and eat there.
