Walked in after ordering a $35 steak nachos with a coke! They forgot to give me my debit card back! They just left it there on THE COUNTER! On their side of the register!! I looked at my food and there was nasty blue cheese all over my steak nachos!!! I asked them to remove the bulls cheese and they more MORE!! wtf!! Got a refund! Don't waste your time going here, employees who don't give a duck.

If you're reading my review of C Casa San Ramon, I'd first like to say that I hope you and yours are happy and well, and that I promise you that you won't be disappointed. I ask that you please forgive me, if you feel that it's long, because I have so much that I'd like to share, and I ask, that you please don't desecrate my heartfelt review with any notion that I'm not being honest, or was paid. I'm a retired young old man, and I enjoy spending my meager pension on meals with my sweetheart Rene'e, she's the air that I breathe, so I'm very selective about where I spend my pennies. There are many reasons why C Casa San Ramon is my most favorite place to dine, to begin with, the place is absolutely beautiful, it feels like a resort, definitely a place to impress if you have a new love. Secondly, what immediately stood out was how kind and genuinely concerned all the staff seemed to be about the customers experience. I don't doubt that each of them were gentle spirits to begin with, but I could tell that the manager must have made it clear upon their hire, that she'd accept no less, I'll talk about her shortly, her name is Marilyn. As far as the meals are concerned, you could literally close your eyes, throw a dart on the menu, and be glad it landed there, however, I often get the Nachorizos with chicken or pulled pork, OMG! delicious, or the Street Style Baha Fish Tacos - I just drooled on my iPhone :-) And finally, I've got to mention Marilyn, the manager I spoke of earlier. What a kind soul, as I mentioned, I'm no longer young, but my sweetheart Rene'e and I make each other feel young at heart. Sometimes when we walk into a place, they can seem to disregard us as no longer important, but I just hold her a little closer and remind her of how important she is to me. From day one, Marilyn smiled at us and made us feel immediately welcomed, I felt that she really cared, her warmth has been consistent ever since, and she has injected herself into our souls. We Love Her... recently we were there, and a piece of chicken positioned itself, in such a way as to threaten choking me, my girlfriend made Marilyn aware of the situation and she immediately asked if we needed her to call 911. I told her not yet, and she then asked if she could bring me a carbonated drink, I said yes, as she returned with the drink, I could tell from the sadness and terror in her eyes that she loved me too. In closing, I'd like to say that her inner beauty, is truly matched by her outward beauty, I have sat within earshot, of a group of the most beautiful women, discussing how very attractive they felt Marilyn was, well, Angels are often beautiful aren't they. My husband and I chose this place for their vegan options. We ordered the guacamole and chips. The guac tasted really good but the chips were pathetic. There were a few large chips but most of it looked like they shook out the bottom of a chip bag. There wasn't chips large enough to scoop the guac. We shared the tofu and tomatillo, the food was hot and the flavor was fairly good. They brought out both dishes before they even gave us a glass of water. We ordered two mojitos, one with alcohol and one without and they did not give the correct drinks so I drank alcohol which I do not like. We had to get up to get a fork. We had to get up to get water. We had to get up to get napkins. We sat down 30 minutes before closing and you would have think we got there 5 minutes before closing. The staff was nice but wanted to get out of there. My husband and I will not be spending our hard earned money for that service and food again when there are many more options.

The food is very delicious with lots of unique flavors. I really enjoyed eating the quesadilla with a side of Chipotle aioli. Thank you, Uriel, for the exeptional service! Very friendly and inviting environment. I loved eating at the fireplace tables to keep myself warm.

My husband and I come at least once a week. We love the food, the chicken tacos are so delicious you and the portions are huge! You have to start with a fork and work yourself into the taco to hold. We have also had the chicken bowl, enchiladas, corn, and quesadilla. We are huge foodies and love this place! Recommend 10/10! The staff is also very kind and give the best recommendations. Don’t skip out on their extra spicy green sauces it’s the best!

We used to really like this restaurant. Lately their price vs food quality/amount is terrible. I ordered large nachos to go, $34, and the amount of food I got is ridiculous, and no cheese on nachos. What kind of nachos does not have cheese? Same goes for the fish tacos, two tiny tacos for $22. Other Mexican restaurants in the area are much better value for the money.

As a contractor that travels a lot and eats out due to work this place is a Baja Fresh on a Gucci level . Nice atmosphere, very expensive for example for a salmon dish w no tortillas as a side . No chips and salsa as courtesy. It’s an upscale taqueria so don’t expect authentic taqueria traditional outcomes. The food is very presentable, recipes with a twist resulting delicious plates. Definitely different for those not wanting “low end” dining it’s high end indeed. Oh yeah no diet drinks fyi. cement floors need grinding to remove the black layer of overlapping dirt , but I loved the wood touch , loved the table settings, loved the idea of having a handmade tortilla maker onsite. Loved it would mention this place to others if in this mall.

Fire pits slanted rectangle is THE place to be-outside. Cinnamon Caffe' on the weekend. Duck tacos, come'on excellente! Watch out mild folk, RED jalapenos not just green...and seeds, asked to be removed, taste the food meat that way fresher corn tortillas hand made that day.Napa is nicer...inside and larger. But that's not San Ramon , it's oxbow mkt. Valet pkg and Tesla plugins 2nd flr garage. Try the lime and mango drinks!Gracias C Casa !Wheelchair accessibility: Good outside, inside not so good, restrooms way around round x2 corners, inside too tight, employees break inside table.

Beautiful outdoor location drew me in. But the food! It was simply awful. Chips and Guacamole for $18 was a plate of taco chips and 2 scoops of pre-made guacamole I could have bought at Safeway. The guacamole at Chipotle is much better. I had the fish tacos for lunch. Big mistake. The fish must have been left in the fryer too long, as the batter was too hard to bite through. The fish inside was so overcooked it was rubbery. I do not recommend this restaurant at all given there are 10 others in the mall that have much better food quality. Now I just spent $40 and I’m still hungry.
