They've got a wide variety of sandwiches, soups, breakfast items, and salads made to order! And they have Korean specials once a week :) the staff are very friendly and have your order out in minutes. There's several tables outside the cafe where you can eat. A good go to place if you need a quick lunch!

This is the go to for our office. The staff at “Cactus” as we refer to it are amazing. They great us with a huge smile and hello each and every time. While they have daily deals, which are always awesome, I have my usual and the gals here know it by heart which I’m unsure if that’s a good or bad thing... lol.

the inside of this commercial space is stacked full of chairs. no sign on door, frontage. no posted hours. . phone number has been changed to an "unknown" number per recording. asked a person entering the GE building whether there was a cafe within, she said "no". noticed "panni" posted on top of one of the counters.

I really enjoyed visiting this Cactus Café location. The customer service was amazing! Everyone I interacted with, on multiple occasions, were very friendly and personable. They had a great, positive atmosphere in this restaurant. The food that they offer here was delightful. They mainly have sandwiches, salads, and soups, however, since this is a Korean owned restaurant, they also offer various tasty Korean dishes. I believe they offer other various dishes as well. In regards to the sandwiches, they are smaller portion sizes for the amount you pay for; however, they are very delicious. Overall, I'm impressed with both the customer service and the food at this Cactus Café location. I will dine here again if I'm in the area.

I was curious about this little cafe, since the reviews seem to be so negative. I wanted to check it out for myself. I came here about 6:30 in the morning to try out breakfast. I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon. It was very quickly prepared in just a few minutes. The interior is very bright and spacious and clean. There are lots of tables widely separated. The cafe is a lot larger than I thought it would be. I had a nice conversation with Jackie, who is the owner. She was a very helpful in explaining their schedule and menu. There is apparently no Wi-fi. However, I suspect most people working here alrady have an internet connection anyway. I thought the food prices were okay. I guess the drinks are indeed pretty expensive, but the soda cans are just 1.25. I would suggest giving this place another try. So all-in-all, I thought this was a good experience. The breakfast burrito was quite good. The burrito and soda were about $6. It's true that for a meal you will pay more than you would at Subway. However, the variety seems pretty good and I was happy with my meal.

Avoid this place. Over priced, terrible quality food, small portions. The people who run the place are some of the rudest people I have ever come across. Don't bother to speak to you in any matter. They don't say hello or thank you or anything. They just tell you the price and snatch your cash/card and hand it back without saying anything. The food here is as bland as it gets, tiny portions and incredibly pricey. Almost $10 for a tiny sandwich (2 slices of bread, a slice of cheese, tiny handful of meat) and a small fountain drink.

Food seems ok and the employees seem nice, except for the cashier. She was very rude and didn't bother to even try to be friendly. I'm only visiting this area today and she hasn't made a great impression. If I weren't pressed for time, I would have definitely walked out and gone elsewhere!

I walked in there and asked if they had donuts. The guy answered no and said go to Safeway. Ok, no prob, but then he turned around and joked about me with his coworker. Fine! I walked to the cash register where they had some sweet pasties on display. I bought the $2 banana bread. I gave a $10 bill and asked for $1 bills back. The girl held out a 5 and 3 ones and told me sorry she couldn't, while I starred at the register FILLED WITH $1 BILLS. Really lady!? Really Cactus Bar!? I asked for a refund and walked over to the food trucks where I spent all my money lol. The Ceviche & Co food truck is amazeballs! ;)

The person here keeps selling expired red bulls (suger free). He said this would not happen last year and now in 2016 I go and see they expired. He told me to just not get the red bull then. This place should be replaced by vending machine.

I thought the salad and chili tasted great, especially for a cafe in an office complex. The atmosphere could be better but again, it's an office complex cafe!

Kinda hopeless that this is the only option I have near my office. Not too many good options and coffee has been on colder side far too many times. Food is just average, especially for the price I have to pay.

Horrible! I work in an office building nearby and called in to place a lunch order. The woman on the phone said that they don't take just one lunch order over the phone during lunch traffic, so I have to order in person. What?! Then, what's the point of being able to call in an order? Aside from that, two of the ladies there, who look like sisters, are mean as hell. Never smiles. Wanted to charge me for a cup, too, despite the many times I go there (not by choice). Oh, and they're also overpriced. $2 for a small thing of milk? Ridiculous. By the way, it's called BiShop Cafe now.

I go regularly, because it's a convenient, fast-service shop run by very sweet ladies. They have a month by month daily specials calendar.
