Don't order online they charged me and sent me a message that the restaurant is not accepting any orders and the company doesn't have a phone hotline to assist with refunds you have to send them e mails. Worst burger food chain is carls junior check the reviews
I admittedly eat too much, and of all the places, this is by far the best fast food location I’ve been too. The staff are always consistently kind which is especially hard to find these days. And a little biased, the food is always good. Relatively clean and organized too which is a plus.

I went to the one in San Ramon on crow canyon on my way back from dropping a family member off at Oakland airport. I pulled into the drive though at 4:30. There was a sign that said they’re take lunch from 4-430 which is totally understandable, so I wait until about 445 and there is still nobody in There working the drive through. I get people can be off schedule, but I have now gone through the line for my 3rd time at 5:55 and there is no answer or sign of anyone inside the restaurant.

Do you drive through is twenty four hours a day however, the Asian man that was in the restaurant walked away did not say hes going on break or anything and then he disappeared.. this happened on Tuesday at 4:20 AM at the crow Canyon road exit.
