Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came off the freeway and grabbed a quick bite. I was hungry! 10 pm and the burger place had 30 cars in line. I turned around and saw Chipotle by accident. Carne Asada bowl with generous portion of guacamole was delicious. I wolf most of it down, and had to take the extra home.

I order 2 bowls of burrito but I was last customer and some of the options was finished, I think they should not take my order when they are out of some ingredients. Plenty of parking available, good location.

Asked explicitly for tortilla in the bowl, server ignores me and proceeds to skimp on every ingredient. Cashier charges me for Carne Asada when I ordered Barbacoa. Sloppily run place

Here's what a 15 dollar double meat burrito gets you. I had the unfortunate joy of opening up my pickup bag and finding this minuscule morsels for ants. To top it off they also forgot guacamole on my other equally small burrito.

I had veggie bowl at this place and it was not that good at this place. As
I'm a vegetarian, this is my usual choice. Brown rice served was not cooked well, had to discard as it can cause stomach pain. Also they did not have beans and sour cream at 8 pm, though the shop is open still 11 pm.

I ordered the 10-person catering package from Chipotle. The order was ready on time, and the staff made sure everything I needed was included, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the protein portions. The trays were only about half full and didn’t seem like enough to comfortably feed 10 people.

Staff seem unhappy, not a single clean table and staff visibly annoyed when asked if they could clean up one table. Not visiting this chipotle ever again

It was a loud night in Chipotle, so loud someone on the staff yelled at a completely full dining room. Yuriko was clearly at her wits end and was visibly annoyed that I wanted large guacamole with chips. There were only kids sized chips that I had to pay extra for because they were out of regular chips. It felt unfair but most importantly she was very rude.

Poor dining in experience. All tables were unclean. Asked Joel to help, he ignored for about 10 minutes (3-4 times) then joked that we sit on chairs.
