we were only served not even half a thing of rice in our bowls, and the costumer service was extremely terrible, one of the workers was extremely rude and the restaurant was extremely dirty.

Bought two veggie bowls. The quantity of the food served was less ( it can feed a 8 year old, definitely not an adult). The cost to the company in making the veggie bowl is cheaper than the meat. At Least they should add a decent quantity of food per bowl. The next customer had taken the chicken bowl and it looked filling.Vegetarian options: You can make vegetarian option. But they really need to make bowl filling.

I love the menu, and many Chipotle locations have benefited from my patronage. Sure, it's Mexi-Americana, but it's one of the best of the fast-foody type at a fair price. I either get a burrito (football-size) or a bowl (when I am being carb-conscious), and either way I go, I get half-barbacoa / half-carnitas. Both are very tender meat -- I like. Topped with shredded lettuce, grated cheese, chopped tomato, a little sour cream, and the corn-salsa, and I am a happy boy. Add quac, and I'm in heaven (it's extra $$$, but nearly an entire avocado worth). What makes this location unique? ========================== * This San Ramon location is in the Whole Foods / Target center (another is on San Ramon Blvd, Safeway center). * Parking is easy, shared lot. * Conveniently located next to all the places I shop. * Decent amount of indoor seating, with a handful of outdoor tables. * It's 3.5 star location, but I will not give a Chipotle less than 4 star unless the service sucked rocks, and it did not! PS. I'm sure you are aware, it's not owned by McD's -- they were an investment partner, but fully divested in 2006.

Tonight, I entered this Chipotle where there were two people working - the cook who was cleaning up the kitchen area and a young lady assisting a customer. She finished up the guy's order and then helped me as I was placing my order. While I was telling her how I wanted my burrito, she felt the need to inform me that it would cost extra, as if I didn't already know this. I always get my burrito like this. She didn't seem too happy when I requested for the cheese to be melted on my tortilla before the burrito was made. During this time, two high school kids got in line, followed by an older gentleman. At this point, my tortilla with cheese was being melted, but she walked away from the machine. The older gentleman behind the kids approached her to see what she was doing instead of making my burrito. When she finally returned to make my food, she was very rude. Moreover, she intentionally left my tortilla on the machine, causing it to become hard. She was so rude in how she made my burrito that I asked her to remake it because it was falling apart and I didn't want her handling my food. This person should learn customer service skills, especially when working in a restaurant like this. I don't think I would ever go back to this Chipotle due to the poor customer service I experienced.

Order a take out order online. When I picked up the order, there was an employee sleeping at a table in the dining room. After I got back to my hotel, I realized the side of chips I ordered was not in the bag. Didn’t want to go back since my food would be cold so I called the restaurant to get a refund. No one answered. I called twice. When I was in the restaurant 10 minutes prior, there was no other customers so they were not busy. Very poor service.

Worst service. Bad behavior. They ran out of ingredients and they only let us know only when halfway with the order and we ended up having bowls and burritos half-the-size. Will NEVER go back to this store and to CHIPOTLE.

The employee with a beard and slightly longer Hair does not want to be at his job. He seemed mad and could care less. The portion size was below average. Other than that, I love
