Nice place to get a taste of Louisiana in the bay. Good food and service with lotsa varieties for sea food. Some of the sandwich options were basic though and so wasn't too impressive. Interiors are decorated with a nice Mardi gras aesthetic. Plenty of parking nearby
The restaurant has always been great but the prices have shot up dramatically. What would've been $10-20 per person is more like $30-50. The food is still fantastic and the servers are always cheerful but seeing the classic appetizer green tomatoes being $20 is a bit steep. You get 6 sliced fries tomatoes for $20 making each piece $3+. If you go between 3-6 then it's only $13 which is fine but $20 is so high. My partner and I got each an entree, one alcoholic and one...
Yesterday, we had a retirement lunch here for 20 people. Everything was delicious, the service was nice and I feel this place is underrated. I encourage you to try them out. Good old American cuisine at its traditional finest!
