Had a last minute order to pick up, right as customer before me were leaving I tried entering as I went this Asian female employee maybe in her late 20s or 30s quickly walked to shut the door in my face with a rude demeanor, she was all smiley with the people beforehand. But when she saw me that whole face changed. She asked if I had a online order before closing the door in my face as well. Why ask if you were not going to help?! This was so rude the customers leaving were looking at me in shock of how that employee treated me. It was a male employee and two females working on July 2 closing shift. The male was present to witness while the other employee was in the back. Idk with all the stuff happening in cali right now this does not sit right. If anything hopefully the manager reviews the footage, and has some retraining in place for the customer service.

Cookies have shrunk. They are now half the size of the ones I’d get at Dublin, Union city, Fremont, etc. everywhere else you get your moneys worth. Also I’d like to acknowledge the girl packing my order that was tossing everyone’s cookies into the boxes with the toppings flying off and one of my cookies actually broke in half. Not coming back here.

I placed a curbside order and there are no designated parking for picking up orders. I had to park by Whole Foods and when I walked into the store, none of the employees greeted me. I waited for 5 mins before just cancelling the order.
