Business dinner with coworkers.Service was great.. Made suggestions and the order and food arrived at a good pace. Food overall was good. Rather large portions but very good quality.

Our reservations were for outside and that was fine since I knew they had heaters. When we got there, ours weren't on. I asked out food server if she would turn then on. She said she would. That didn't happen. I asked her 2 more times and she acted like I was really bothering her. I probably was but it was cold. Finally, she came out and turned one on and said the other one was out of propane. The one she turned on lasted 10 minutes and that one too, ran out of propane. It spoiled dinner cuz it was so cold.

Excellent food and service. The menu has a lot of great choices. The drinks are terrific--cocktails & wine. Popular spot. Make a reservation.

Overall a good experience to celebrate a birthday. Saul was excellent & accommodating for our party of 8. He even provided a nice desert with a candle for the birthday. Food & value was good.

Food has always been great. Very pleasant staff and efficient without being overbearing. Just would a little more wine or cider options. Possibly cider other than apple, there are so many other flavors that go great with Italian food, and maybe a sweeter less dry white wine like a resiling. Other than that, it's a fun place to go.

Salad was a little over dressed else pizza and pasta were perfect! Speed of getting food was perfect also

We love Delarosa!!! However, I reserved our dinner table for 3 inside, and when we arrived the hostess told us all open table reservations will be outdoors, regardless of selected preference. Thankfully, we had layers, but were a bit disappointed that it wasn't stated anywhere that we would be outside. Otherwise, the food, our server and the ambiance was perfect. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the food very much, Calamari was great, Pizza was good and the Shrimp pasta was good too except would be better if had a little more sauce. The ambience was very good and relaxing.

Tasty Italian fare. Also the drinks were great. The table service was excellent. However the hostess at the front can improve her greeting and customer skills a bit. Certainly a usual hangout spot close to home.

Our waiter seemed enthusiastic at first, but quickly turned to being annoyed with our table. We ate on the earlier side...5pm and it was not busy. He just wanted to take our order, not answer questions about the menu, and turn the table. Additionally, a pitcher of lemonade was spilled on my daughter and husband while they were getting up from the table. The bartender had a mishap. However, no one was concerned that lemonade was spilled on the backside of shoes and pants. Instead, there was a rush to clean the spill, not see if the patrons were ok or if they needed a towel. Too bad because we love Delarosa in the city. I don't think I will be coming back to this location.

We had another wonderful experience dining here. The food was absolutely delicious, just as it always is, and the atmosphere made for a great time. A special shout‑out to Siew, who consistently takes such great care of me and my family whenever we visit. I was especially happy to see she’d be assisting us again when we came in for a business lunch. Her attentiveness and kindness truly elevate the whole experience. Restaurants are lucky to have staff like her. Highly recommend!

On a cold winter evening, I visited De La Rosa Pizza in San Ramon with my 4-year-old daughter. We were seated outside, with no heater turned on. We sat there in the cold for over ten minutes, and no staff member checked on us, took our order, or even acknowledged us.

I understand restaurants can get busy, but leaving a parent and a 4-year-old child outside in cold weather without heat or attention shows a lack of basic service and consideration.

We eventually had to leave. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not feel comfortable bringing my child back. I hope management takes this seriously.

Heather was such a great waitress. So kind and attentive to our restaurant dining experience. Will definitely go back and dine again.

The Gamberi’s Shrimp was a gamble I lost. When you say wild-caught, I’m expecting impressive shrimp, not Costco-size minis 🦐😅 Flavor was fine, but the portion felt tiny for the hype. Do better, Delarosa.
