We had another wonderful experience dining here. The food was absolutely delicious, just as it always is, and the atmosphere made for a great time. A special shout‑out to Siew, who consistently takes such great care of me and my family whenever we visit. I was especially happy to see she’d be assisting us again when we came in for a business lunch. Her attentiveness and kindness truly elevate the whole experience. Restaurants are lucky to have staff like her. Highly recommend!

On a cold winter evening, I visited De La Rosa Pizza in San Ramon with my 4-year-old daughter. We were seated outside, with no heater turned on. We sat there in the cold for over ten minutes, and no staff member checked on us, took our order, or even acknowledged us.
I understand restaurants can get busy, but leaving a parent and a 4-year-old child outside in cold weather without heat or attention shows a lack of basic service and consideration.
We eventually had to leave. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not feel comfortable bringing my child back. I hope management takes this seriously.

The Gamberi’s Shrimp was a gamble I lost. When you say wild-caught, I’m expecting impressive shrimp, not Costco-size minis 🦐😅 Flavor was fine, but the portion felt tiny for the hype. Do better, Delarosa.

Worst choice ever. Drove 30 minutes but had the worst experience I ever had with a restaurant.
It was a great experience and we will come back for pizza! They look delicious! Kudos to the staff for reading my request of a table away from the crowd. I appreciate that.
We had requested corner table for a special occasion. When we checked in, host took us to table next to bathroom. We had to ask to move to another table. No reserved sign on table either. The server was busy, had multiple tables but she was cordial. Food was great, and service was decent. I felt that restaurant had nonchalant attitude towards comments/message restaurant option through Open Table app. I would still recommend anyone to give this restaurant a try. Food quality was good.
Food quality could be improved. Pizza is good, but pasta and other stuff seemed pre-cooked
Personally, the food was OK it’s not something i’d come back for, it is a nice location, but the two girls who worked there were VERY cocky, it’s suppose to be 18% tip, while they charged us 25% we had NO say in, The waitresses knew for a fact that they charged and when we confronted they just printed out a new receipt.

We had a poor experience overall for dinner. The server didn't really care about anything. We asked for extra marinara sauce and was charged for it (the server should have told us). The entrees came out while we were still eating appetizers. We had to bus our own appetizer plates because nobody came to pick them up. The server asked if we wanted dessert while we were still eating dinner. We felt like we were just being rushed through dinner and they wanted us to leave as soon as possible The pasta was mediocre at best. They were not very flavorful. The salads were good. It was very cold in the restaurant. 2 positives - On OpenTable, I asked to be seated in a corner which we were. The table was ready for use when we arrived.
Great time, good food, and family friendly! It is a great place to share some food with family!

Food was decent. But the service was lacking, our waiter didn’t even come once to check on us. We had to call him twice, once for pizza add ons and the second time for boxes. He didn’t seem very interested in serving us. But they add a 4% fee and their default tip is 20% , which you have to select while the waiter is holding the payment device in your face. Nice tactic to guilt trip!

Had a great fining experience. Food and service was great. The sound is a bit loud inside. Seems like a very popular place
I came in for a quick lunch, but unfortunately this visit fell short compared to my past experiences. My steak was overcooked and a bit burnt, and my drink took about 15 minutes to arrive. I also ordered the Caesar salad with kale, which I get often, and the portion this time was noticeably smaller with less kale, cheese, and dressing than usual.
On top of that, there was a child seated behind me who kept touching my back, and neither the parents nor the staff addressed it, which made the meal less comfortable.
Overall, I was disappointed with this visit, especially since I normally enjoy coming here. Hoping it was just an off day.

We have been to Delarosa many times at Bishop Center. It is actually one of our favorite restaurants because it is so kid friendly. However, this time we didn't quite have the experience we normally have. We came with a large party, 11 total with 5 kids. We felt very rushed while we were there. I even asked to space the food out so we could enjoy the appetizers and then the main entrees, but it felt like everything was coming out way too fast. In addition, I asked if I could taste try the wine before we ordered a bottle... the server said that was not allowed. I have never been to a restaurant where that is not allowed. I mentioned that to her and she retracted her statement by saying "let me check with the bartender." She ended up coming back with a tasting. It was poor customer service on her end.
0 STARS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Staff and specifically the manager (geoffrey p.) do not know how to run a restaurant! Had a reservation for INSIDE seating on a Friday night for 7pm. Manager tried to come up with an excuse that our reservation was for OUTSIDE seating when we specifically called in for a reservation the day before for inside seating. There were multiple tables inside that were completely empty but the manager refused to seat us inside and said we could either sit outside or wait in line for an inside seat. Do not come here if you want to enjoy your evening. Manager absolutely has no idea what he's doing!! I have never been given so many excuses from a restaurant manager when we had a specific reservation. He did not try to serve us at all and escalated the problem rather than trying to fix it. Save your time and avoid this restaurant (& manager) at all costs!
(See photo of empty table inside that manager refused to seat us at)
