Dos Coyotes Border Cafe

I've eaten here several times and love the crunchy tacos. They are always friendly. It's never my favorite to order at the counter, but it works o.k. This time it was very loud in there for some reason. They gave me the wrong beans and had to take my plate away and scrape off the other beans and put mine on there. They probably should have let me keep my plate and just brought me some beans. It's always fun to go to the salsa bar and try the different kinds.

The portion size was ridiculously small !!! The shrimp was under cooked in shrimp burrit. However The staff is friendly , atmosphere good . But not going back because I felt cheated . 5 pieces of shrimp and some lettuce for $16!!!

I work for a hospital and at the last minute we had to place an order of food for 40 people. I emailed the restaurant and received a call immediately. Michelle saved the day and all 40 nurses LOVED the food and the delivery was on time. We will back and I applaud Michelle for her great customer service and Dos Coyotes for delicious food. Fish taco plate with mahi was not edible. The fish tasted like it was a week old. We threw it out after one bite. Salsa was good.

Food was good as I order take out there often enough. The thing is, I would like to get some salsas from the salsa bar, however, you all use these wooden spoons that appear have been there for a while and not washed between uses. The wood grain and splits are a great place for bacteria to harbor. Please replace your spoons with something other than wood.

Manager was super rude and needs counseling

I purchased a border steak burrito for $17.93 with tax using credit card. When I look at my credit card report showing that they charge $21. 93. The restaurant helped themselves with 20% tip. That is stealing. I hope the manager sees the review and do something about it. I bet you I’m not the only one. Dined 5/27/2025. 7:30pm

Worst food ever

The food is great. Fun decor. Always a smile and always gets the order right and fast.

Dos Coyotes is a fun place to have lunch or dinner. Good for groups too.
The food is good and they give you a fair portion. It's a bit pricey but not bad. The service at this restaurant was very good and the restaurant is well maintained.
