This could be my new favorite ice cream shop. They really push the fruity stuff and smoothies, but the hidden gem here for me is that their soft serve (including vanilla) is dairy-free. I was able to get a dairy-free milkshake. Awesome! Each item is hand made to order, so it can take a few minutes to get through. But if you have your Tesla on the Superchargers behind the building, then that' absolutely OK :-)

We were charging our car and had twenty minutes to kill. We stopped in because of the great reviews for the place. We were a little confused by the picture menus on the back wall. The woman working was nice enough to explain everything to us and make recommendations based on dietary preferences. My husband and I shared a milkshake made with non-dairy soft serve and chocolate sauce. My kids each got a malted milkshake. I was so impressed to see that the milkshakes were hand dipped and then blended. It takes more effort to make them that way and very few places will take the time to do it right. Everything was delicious and my kids are already planning what they'll try on their next trip.

I came here spontaneously with a friend, my first time, and I loved it. I got the Ghirardelli hot-chocolate Ferraro Rocher. Very delicious! They have a very diverse menu with a lot to choose from. Coming here again and bringing some friends next time.

Came here for the first time and OMG this place is so cute! I got the strawberry shortcake and it was super delicious. Will definitely come here again to try the Ghiradelli hot chocolate with Ferrero Rocher

Our favorite crepe place stopped serving crepes, so we had to venture out for a new crepe location. This place has a few different tasty treats, all which seem fantastic. No ac, so it's a little rough walking in from a cool outside to a muggy inside of the store. Staff looked like they couldn't care less that we were there, but they made a mean crepe. It was delicious and stuffed, with the actual crepe being a perfect thickness. Took about 4-5 minutes to make the crepe, but it was worth the wait. It was thoroughly made, and an extra topping is only a dollar! We got the Nutella strawberry crepe with banana (extra). The crepe with a 7up was $11 and some change. A solid place if you're looking for a specific dessert fix.

I absolutely love this place! If you live in San Ramon and you've never experienced Frozen Cafe you're crazy. It's my little slice of heaven when I want something sweet. I'm not a fan of sweets unless it's something from here so that says a lot! Even though I don't live here anymore I make it a point to stop by and grab something super satisfying. It's hard to choose just one thing so I normally get two things . No judgement...

Great place for shaved ice! I like how this place provides a lot of shave ice and syrup! I also like how they put a lot of flavoring on the shaved ice! The dole whip taste very good with it's sweet and tangy flavor. I love how this place has many items to choose from including crepes and milkshakes. Great place for kids our after school with friends!

I came here during the heat with my boyfriend. We got it three flavor snowcone while dole whip underneTh it. It tasted great and hit the spot. The lady that was working was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back to the spot and try more dessert options

I'm always in the mood for ice cream sandwiches and this happened to be nearby where I ate lunch. The lady inside was friendly and I was able to sample a couple of ice cream flavors. I settled on the coffee go ice cream flavor to go along with the 2 big sized chocolate chip cookies that sandwiched the scoop of ice cream. I added the hot fudge topping. Ice cream sandwich held together perfectly and the hot fudge was a perfect topping to go along with.

I found this place by accident , but so glad I did!! The kids loved it. Ice cream is good, you have a kids channel - so we can watch while sitting and eating ice cream. Service is pleasant (without being imposing) & very patient (I couldn't make my mind about what did I want). Highly recommend .

This place is dessert central. They have ice cream, shakes, floats, Hawaiian shaved ice, dole whip ( yup! Just like Disneyland), crepes... and the list goes on! AND the owner, Emmy, is so super sweet herself. You gotta try the Lava Flow! Yum yum yum! I would recommend this place to anyone with a hanker for something fun and refreshing.
