In-N-Out Burger

I ordered 4 cheeseburgers around 11pm and ended up getting 4 grilled cheese, no apologies given either and charged me for patties. Rude behavior.

The food is always VERY agreeable to me. I love the simplicity of the menu and the burgers and fries are always excellent. However, I was skipped over at this location, and waited until I heard number 20 and 23, before I realized my number wasn't going to be called. The young dude at the counter immediately ran to the kitchen and got me order out in about 6 minutes.
However a 2 for atmosphere. Only because there was no seating, and very sparse parking available outside. Use the drive-thru, right? Unfortunately, the line of cars was about 30 cars deep and extended down the street. I mean, good for business, but maybe another location nearby might alleviate such issues.

Awesome burgers and fries as always! I love the mustard grilled version because it means they grill the patty in mustard and add pickles to the burger.

I live right next to this In and out so I go pretty often, I will say it’s one of the worst IN and Outs I’ve been to and I grew up in Southern California surrounded by them. On multiple occasions the fries are super soggy and one time the lettuce almost made choke from how stringy it was? I gave it a few more tries after those two instances but the food overall is mid. I’m sorry I don’t normally post bad reviews but it’s been over 4 times and I always wait for it to get better lmao.
