Jasmine has exceptional customer service, she is kind and extremely helpful. She is amazing as well as extremely beautiful, i was left speechless when i first saw her. Love this place and 100% recommend it.

This is a poorly owned/managed Jamba Juice location. Upon walking in to place an order, I noticed 4, yes 4 employees behind the counter, none of which acknowledged us as we entered. The "front lobby" of the store was strewn with paper straw covers and the garbage was overflowing. The "manager " - who I assume was the taller young man with keys hanging off his belt loop - was eating right on the line in plain sight of all of us customers while also carrying on conversations with the line staff. When he eventually came over to take my order, he didn't say anything expecting me to just acknowledge him first, then order as if he was doing me favor! All staff looked like they were brought in off the street as none of them were in any semblance of uniform.I am a frequent visitor to Jamba for years, but after visiting this location as I now live in the area, I will hesitate to go back. This was a weekend afternoon in the heart of business hours and if I owned this business, I would be embarrassed on how it was represented!

Walked into the store and wasn't acknowledged for over 5 mins as I stood at the register. The ladies behind the counter were working and and saw me walk on and looked my way several times and said nothing. I had to ask if someone is working the front register and they had a attitude as if I was the problem. This store has horrible customer service. I'm a local and will not return

Service is horrid. I'm the only one here and I hear the phone ring. They are just talking and talking as they slowly take my order and make my drinkIt took 20 minutes for me to get my drink. Keeping in mind I am the only one here and no online orders Why ignore the phone? Hope this is their only and last job. If I find any of these employees working in any other profession, I will dismantle their careers.Especially the rude girl at the register

This Jamba location is open sometimes and close sometimes during my lunch hour. Today I ordered online went in and no one was in the store. Someone came out shortly after searched for my drink. My drink had not been made.
