The employees were very rude. They messed up my order and charged me twice. They didn’t offer to fix mistake I had to insist they explain the process of their refund because they charged me almost 50 for 2 items. Ridiculous.

I tried the eggacado sandwich, it was tasty and delicious ?. Stress down juice was good also.
Nice place with fancy and comfortable seats. I had a cup of cappuccino and Joe’s club sandwich and they were absolutely good.
They also have a gluten-free sandwich.

i normally love joe & the juice but this location is so bad. even when it’s empty, my order still takes more than 20 min. on multiple different occasions, my order has taken more than an hour to make or has been forgotten entirely. understaffed, unprofessional, and unreliable quality. when it’s busy, the food is markedly worse. got my order forgotten again today and the staff made it in a rush after i let them know. quality not up to par as expected.

Was all ready to give 3 stars cuz at first I got charged for chicken on the turkey sandwhich and was like "wth they were out. why did i get upcharged?" Just assumed they did it on purpose. I was ready to be annoyed over it and just leave a 3 star review without saying anything, but then thought "youre just hangry. Just ask them about it nicely" sure enough it was just a system mistake and they took care of it no problem. They were very nice. Lesson for me, dont let the hangry win and just try communicating like the grown adult you are ?. Good customer service for them. I always enjoy J&TJ food.
I ordered the Tunacado and carrot/ginger/apple (Go Away Doc) juice. They were filling and refreshing for a afternoon bite between errands and shopping.Next time I will request some additions to curtail specific to my desired taste ?

Good sandwiches, nice service. Fun area to walk around after and get ice cream after. Clean bathrooms too.My wife and I visited and liked the sandwich bread, and the chocolate muffin. We got drinks too that were good. Would recommend it.
Absolute disaster customer service, we ordered two juices from the menu for kids and some food.Hand me down and Iron Man, they handed us both without telling which one is which. After inquiring twice they responded rudely the one sweeter is Iron man!How one is supposed to know which one is sweeter among two, servers looked frustrated and didn’t wanted to tell us the difference between juices. After spending $10 per small size if juice you don’t expect this kind of customer service.

My wife and I went here to grab a healthy juice on a Friday morning. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. There is lots of seating and the atmosphere is really nice. The juices are freshly made. I had the Herb Tonic which tasted surprisingly sweet and delicious. My wife got the Green Shield and added ginger. The prices are fairly high but I guess that's pretty standard for fresh healthy juice these days. I would go again!
