The mobile app order was delayed by 30 min and the chicken soggy and dumped into a box with the hot oily chicken which could not hold the fillup box which toured and the biscuits were smashed and flattened inside the box. I would like to give zero rating and unfortunately that option is not there. KFC please close this franchise location if you would like to hold your name in the competitive marked. People please avoid going to this location. Please try other locations or other fast food.
Very fresh compared to other kfc's I have visited and the young man that took jy drive up order was very nice and helpful

An order was placed for a family picnic in a park. The order was ready right on time, but didn’t include plates and utensils as requested on the web order. In addition the KFC staff neglected to add the biscuits. After arriving at the park we noticed the issue.No options, I had to return to the restaurant to get plates and utensils. Upon my return, no I am sorry for your inconvenience. By the time I returned to the park, all the food was cold. Horrible customer service and a very poor experience. Check your order before leaving this establishment.

Easily one of the best KFC's in the Bay area. Food is made nicely and presentable. Staff is very kind. Be patient not everyone speaks great English. Will be continue to come back to this location.

Came in placed a order. Nothing said about the deals of the day. When asked if I could change she said u paid already guess u can't change your mind at KFC out here from Lancaster for Basketball event but for sure will not return here.

Terrible place and service. My order shows it’s ready for pickup but the store made me wait another 30 mins! If it weren’t for my kids who’s expecting kfc, I will just leave.
Normally I’ve liked this place but today was terrible. Online order at least 30 min before arrival and order wasn’t prepped at all. Ordered a tender meal which comes with large sides. They tried to give me smalls. Since they didn’t prep my order when placed, when I got there they didn’t have enough biscuits or tenders. Lastly, I ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket, only to find out they only put 8 in there.
