Normally I’ve liked this place but today was terrible. Online order at least 30 min before arrival and order wasn’t prepped at all. Ordered a tender meal which comes with large sides. They tried to give me smalls. Since they didn’t prep my order when placed, when I got there they didn’t have enough biscuits or tenders. Lastly, I ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket, only to find out they only put 8 in there.

I see a change recently. I've ordered from here for quite a few years and usually it's pretty good service. This time I ordered a mobile order about 30 minutes ahead of time and when I got there, it wasn't even packed. As a result, I cleaned out all of their tenders and biscuits so they had to substitute things. The substitution offer is nice but other customers that were there at the same time had to wait 15 minutes for their order.

Upset I didn't receive my full order. Went through drive thru and made it home to find the chicken tenders I ordered didn't make it into the bag. Tried to call the store and report it and got left waiting on hold for someone to answer my complaint. Always check your bag. 9/10 times this location misses something.

All businesses that sell prepared food will at times sell a bad meal. What they do to make things right determines who they are. I have been buying KFC meals for years. On Aug 19, 2023 we received a bad meal. The chicken was under cooked, and un-safe to eat. We though it out. Of all the KFC meals I purchase, this was the only bad meal. As there is more than one of us, we purches the 8 piece family meal that they sells for $32.99 + $2.39 (tax) = $35.38.I contacted KFC main HQ about it and KFC sent us a voucher for $20.00. That did not cover their mistake. Since they will not stand behind the quality they sell, then I cannot trust KFC not to do it again; therefore, I will not purchase any more meals from KFC. The voucher is worthless, and I sent it back to them.

Google maps really called me out on this one ? KFC is my guilty pleasure, I have it maybe once or twice a year and I either hate it and throw up or it's just PERFECT and I love it. This was one of those times I loved it enough to review a Fast food restaurant.The chicken was fresh and crispy, the biscuit was warm and fluffy and honestly, nobody makes better coleslaw than KFC.No pictures were taken. Evidence was destroyed before reaching final destination. ?

All right so why am I giving it 5 stars because they earned it well and I got my bucket of chicken original recipe as I hanged out waiting for my car. This KFC is located next door to America's Tire. I had a long wait and this was the best spot on a Monday morning or should say scorching. There was hardly anyone there. I had a great comfy clean booth to myself. I had to wait for my bucket of fresh cooked chicken which as fine as I had a wait. The team member was great as he brought it all out to me on a tray with plate, napkins, sauce and utensil. And place had ACSo I was one happy person enjoying my lunch then got my to move on with life. They were very nice! Life is good!

OK now if I could give a negative review I would this time my chicken looked like a bite was takin from each piece the fried that apple pies where not done and the food made me sick. The manager is extremely rude and honestly made me never want KFC again.
