We had a great family dining experience at King Palace Chinese Cuisine. The food was delicious and authentic, with the steamed chicken being a standout dish. The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, although please do need some designer touch. The prices were pretty affordable and the quality of the food made it worth it. I would definitely recommend King Palace for a satisfying Chinese meal.

I have eaten here a total of 5 times. The last two experiences have been pretty negative.Its not the food but the service.My wife got an order to go, she just got a small order or rice as our daughter wasnt feeling well. When she went to pay with her cc she was given some static about the cc fees for a small order (I get it, its technically a small business so they dont want to pay the fees, so I let it go)Next visit, there were 3 of us and after we went to pay once we finished eating they said their cc machine wasn't working all day and we should go to the ATM across the parking lot to get cash.Why didnt they say something before we sat down? The service here just isnt very good, the owner has an attitude and it feels like the customers are a burden. If the food was spectacular, I would tolerate it, but there are other places that have better food and better service.
