The sushi was super fresh and full of flavor. I tried the Firefighter Roll and it was delicious with just the right amount of spice. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

Very good sushi!
Really liked this place. Got sat and waited on by Kenya (cool name), who gave some good recommendations and made sure we got out quick enough to not be late for where we were headed. Good variety on the menu and everything we ordered was really good.

Told the hostess Kenya that we were on a time crunch and challenged her to get the rolls out in time. Came in under time and the rolls were top tier. Bartender was a good convo while throwing back some bourbon.

Kinja Sushi is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in the Bay Area. The fish and sushi are unbelievably fresh, comparable to, if not better than, many other top spots. I also love the relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the service is always wonderful. Every visit here is an absolute treat!
The food was mid. I can get over mid. $90 for 2 type mid though. Whoa. Here’s the kicker… the service was abysmal. Idk what the deal was but I felt like John Cena waiting for service. Maybe chalk it up to a bad day but if you’re looking at reviews on whether to eat here or not I’d strongly recommend ANY other sushi joint in this zip code. Cheers on hoping the next restaurant that occupies this spot is better than this one.
