Amazing location, okay service, do not depend on food options. They are always out of food early in the morning. Coffee is okay, but they were out of half and half, and staff don’t treat this as an issue, do you want milk instead? No way, that’s not the same, I don’t want to water down my coffee, I want a creamy delicious way to start my day and week. This place could be so good, but avoid the disappointment.

Why do negative? I got here at 8:30 on Monday morning and they were “all sold out” of breakfast sandwiches. And they didn’t have any half-and-half. Who is running this business? It’s a shame I get to work and then need to walk to Whole Foods to get my breakfast, this could be such an awesome amenity, but it’s constantly a let down.

Okay, they don’t deserve a 1 star, more like 4, but it’s annoying that they make a really good croissant breakfast sandwich, but it’s always sold out before 9am. Why? Because they only make 3 of them. Why?!? If it’s popular, please make more so that people can rely on coming here for breakfast instead of it being a gamble. Make less “Impossible” sandwiches, no one eats those (yes I’m supported by the data that they are always the only thing left). I’m happy to update this review to where it belongs but no one seems to care. The staff here do their job fine, but not like they want feedback, so someone on management just needs to make two frozen breakfast sandwiches, promote them, and see all the happy people… because that’s why you’re here, to support Bishop Ranch to make happy tenants.

Today I asked if they make espresso tonic which is not on the menu, and they said they do🥹 And the drink was very delicious with a hint of yuzu taste. Thank you both the baristas!

Such a quiet, serene coffee place with a lake view. Love their mocha ☕️. A bunch of breakfast options all before 11 am and a few baked items available until 4 PM.
Parking: It’s a coffee place inside corporate/business building. So be mindful of quietness and noise in the area. There’s parking available for visitors along with the office staff.
