One of our favorite places to celebrate special occasions. We were here for a double birthday celebration and were greeted with a birthday note from our server. Our server was great, present and helpful. The steaks are always cooked as we ordered. We went for an early dinner today and even though football playoffs were on at the bar, the noise level was pretty mellow. Dessert is always a plus. Thanks for the birthday love!
I treated clients - bottom line we won't be back. The value just isn't there regardless of the premium cut of steak. The entree prices are too high - $72 for NY Strip & $52 for 3 scallops. The Wagyu burger (albeit cooked well-done) was simply too dry to eat. $14 for a baked potato. Brussel sprouts $16. 5 gulf prawns $26 ... give me a break. Add only 1 glass of house champagne + a 4% living wage surcharge + 20% tip and the total was $436 for 4 people. The market is apparently there for premium steak restaurants but I'm not your client (at least not anymore). Your prices have reached a tipping point that screams 'not again'. I can afford it but I just don't see the value in it.
The service and ambience were great. Our waitress was nice. Drinks were good. We had issues with multiple steaks and there multiple refires. Lobster was under cooked as well. Overall experience was okay but work is needed in the kitchen.
Overall a nice night with family and friends. Service was poor. Our table was near the front window in the bar area and it felt like the server forgot about us a few times. Food was delivered with missing items and it took way longer than it should before we were checked on. The tomahawk steak which had to be preordered because of prep time came to the table warm not hot. Cocktails were ordered and forgotten. Food itself was good. Price was exorbitant for the serving size and presentation. We knew it would be expensive but expectation is that the experience would justify the cost, unfortunately it didn't. Not likely to return soon.
Have spent New Year's Eve here the past 3 years, but this year was a little underwhelming compared to years past. Had one meal where the Chef missed the mark on the correct temp of the Filet, but in their favor the meal was taken off the bill and new filet was provided. We were a large party and were seated up front next to the floor to ceiling front windows to the right of the reception area and close to the bar, which made for more noise and a draft - was even colder each time the doors open and closed. We enjoyed ourselves just the same, but would have been better had we been seated elsewhere.
We order the seafood platter and were surprised to see the lobster cold on ice. We never had lobster like that. We expected it to be hot. I normally come here all the time but on new year eve dinner the quality of food dropped. I also had dessert, the almond cake and it was super dry. Huge waste of money. Our bill was $336 and it was a horrible dinner. Will not be coming back.
They have a good wagyu flight here where you can try 3 different kinds, and it's never disappointed us every time we've had it. However, on this visit we ordered the wagyu burger, and it was extremely dry. We let our server know, and he took it off the bill, which we appreciated. They also gave us a piece of decadent chocolate cake with a lit candle because it was my husband's birthday. I would say there are hits and misses on the menu, but the wagyu seems to always be on point.
Our Thanksgiving experience at LB Steak was wonderful. Jade, our waitstaff, was attentive and knowledgeable. The drinks were great. We chose to not order the Thanksgiving menu and went with steak. Everything was cooked to perfection.
I only ordered the burger, but I think such a low quality burger from such an expensive steakhouse does not bode well for their steaks. Great service though.

Linch menu is not big but food is good. Mid rare steak is more like 70% cooked but was still good

I have to the ribeye was just amazing, pair it with spinach. We also ordered the lobster bisque soup that was good. The appetizer crispy fish was just perfectly fried mixed with the sweet sauce!! Mark thank you and your staff for the welcoming. Great for pets outdoor

Hmm. Our food experience was not the best. Fries were lukewarm the burger/slider were cold. And not what was ordered. We weren't happy about the recent change. But the drinks were always great!
The food was really expensive. They charged $79 for a 14 oz ribeye and the sides are additional $14-$16. To top off the experience, they charged for a small birthday treat that you would expect to be free given how much they charge for the food! However to be fair, the food was really good but I think you can find good food at cheaper prices. We only went here because we had a $125 gift card. We would never have considered if we didn't.
The prices were high and the portions were extremely small. I had the Caesar salad which lacked flavor and substance, the lobster bisque which was tasty, but quite small. My fiance had the chicken and waffles. It was a strange combination of flavors. The chicken was pretty good, but the waffle was not crispy and it had a strange sauce on it. The service was good. I really wanted to try the lobster roll, but they said they only serve it on weekday lunches so I guess I will not have the opportunity to try it as I don't work near there.

Great food and wine, the margaritas were only ok. Very good steaks and sides but I've gotten better value for Westholme steaks and service at other steakhouses. Service could be more attentive. We waited a fair amount of time for the server after being seated. Also the door to the patios was left open and made the restaurant quite cold.
